Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows how much expansion people typically see when they clamp compared to what their last measurement was? You would need to measure yourself when you have the clamp on obviously , so some people may not know if they have never measured, but if you have please share!

Typical was .25”.

It varies from man to man. I got about .25-.5” depending on how I did it. Getting the clamp situated just right and not too tight makes a world of difference. It’s almost an art. Mess around with your positioning and tightness. The best expansion you get is the ideal way to clamp for you.

I found my best expansion to be after longer sessions of edging. I found clamping took my EQ and so I stopped.

3/8” girth expansion and 7 1/2” erect length. Only once though, so I didn’t update my stats.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I can’t help noticing that you are a new member and this is one of your first posts.

If you are a newbie, you shouldn’t clamp. Far too dangerous for newbies, far too easy to injure yourself.

Start with a hands-only newbie routine and see how it goes. Hold off on devices until you have at least 3 months of manual PE under your belt.

If you aren’t a newbie, carry on!

Interesting, that’s what I usually range from when I clamp, .25-.5”

Also, I find that this increased volume is present up to 6 - 8 hours after my clamping session. Have you guys ever checked your unit afterwards (not immediately but after X hours or so) to see if the expansion is still present?

A-unit, do you think your EQ may have gone down because their was more volume (empty cavernous space since it has pehaps expanded) after your clamping session, thus needing more blood flow to fill those spaces, which your body wasn’t accustomed too right after the session? Or did your EQ go down even the day after a clamping session?

Also, thanks for the concern kool! I have 2 years of PE under my belt, but that was a while ago

.25 here, it really depends on if I am combining it with pumping can go up to .5 if I combine it with pumping, which I often do.
