Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Thanks to both of you. I did a search already and couldnt find what I was looking for.
If I can get my headsize up then I might be finished my PE journey, as I have already met my goal. Though I may be back for more pe :)

You could try to clamp just under the head and see wat kind of results you get.
