clamping produces fluid build up as well. so you should be careful with the level of constriction you apply. My rule of thumb is, if the veins start to get less ‘defined’, that there’s fluid under the skin. The penis should look as ‘lean’ as possible during PE exercises to be able to get good solid gains. My humble opinion.

Whatever. I’m done with posting here anyways. This seems to be a board that’s more concerned with proper grammar than with PE. I find that quite ignorant, and possibly one of the main reasons why most good members on this board who have had a great capacity of contributing to this community have abandoned posting here. You may find it quite ignorant. We find it quite ignorant when someone who is intelligent can’t even be bothered to capitalise their sentences. I don’t see people leaving here because they have to use proper spelling and grammar, and if they were unable to do so, they probably didn’t have much to add to Thunder’s Place anyway.
