I've been jelqing for more than 6 months. This is what I have learned.

Because you spend so much time on your penis, and looking at your penis, you’re bound to think “I thought it looked bigger the other day”. That’s definitely perception shift. Nothing abnormal, everybody here gets it.

Are you stretching yet? That’s a good way to improve both erect size and flaccid size.

Thanks, I was its normal thing but You know, You see some positive results, then after some time You didn’t notice them, I started to think that I get back to starting point. No I didn’t start stretching, I will look for post about it on forum. Thanks for Advice

After trying some new methods I noticed few things, first of all I made mistake with masturbating before workout, after that pressure is too low and its affect efficiency of exercise. Second thing after 2 months I noticed that 250-300 is not enough. I know few of You told me that its to much but on second side every one is different so what works for one person may not work on others and vice wersa, what is to much for one its not enough for other person. So I increased number of reps from 300 to 350-400. No pain but I feel it works better. So it seams when it feels its not working there is a time to increase number of reps.

Hey guys, I know this has probably been answered time and time again now, but those who have tried this routine, or the “Linear Newbie Routine”, and have seen gains from doing it. Have those gains lasted if they came so quick? Really curious to know.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Hi, yes I gained around 1-1.5cm in month .then it stopped. Now I had a break for around 3 weeks I was on drugs because I was sick. I have lowered libido because of it but it seams gains are holding. I was doing only jelqing

Ok I have a question. Do you use lube to jelq? Because I’m uncut and I was told that the easiest way to jelq is to dry jelq. I guess I’m asking do you think it will have the same affect on someone who dry jelqs?

You can lube iven if you are uncut.

If you lube do some more jelqs. Say 50 more than the dry ones.

So, I am a total newbie and I don’t have much experience under my belt jelqing.. I do however pay attention to how my Penis reacts when I’m forcing blood into my shaft.. So here is what I’ve noticed in the little while that I’ve jelqed, and please correct me if I’m wrong here in anyway.

I’ve read that its dangerous to be jelqing at 100% erection, got that! .. I’m not entirely sure what a 50% erection looks like compared to lets say 70 percent erection. Needless to say, I have noticed what I will call my personal “sweet spot”.. What I mean is, that I have found this ideal erection level that I occasionally get, that seems to be the perfect jelqing range.. I’ve noticed that the days I do jelq in this “sweet spot” my penis fills with more blood, I feel like its more pumped, and as if my penis is about to burst in the head.. A PROPER workout.. The days where I jelq outside of these parameters I feel as if all I’ve done is over choked my chicken.. Simply put, my penis feels over worked but with poor form? If you will.. Call me crazy or a newbie, but I FEEL like there is a direct correlation between erection level and jelqing and (going out on a limb here) ergo, growth?.

Again, I am a newbie and with very little jelqing experience. I would like to ask more experienced guys if they have found anything I just mentioned above to be in any way similar to your own experiences. I wanted to address this early on, so that I am not making newbie mistakes and losing crucial PE time..

I have found there to be “sweet spot” in jelqing as well. There seems to be an ideal level of erection that provides the best expansion. However, I tend to call it a level of engorgement rather than a level of erection. This is because when I jelq I find that while my penis might be 50, 60, 70% filled with blood, but it’s not hard like an erection. Just filled with blood like one. I don’t know if other people experience it like this. The definition of 50% filled is not well defined, it’s simply an intuition. What feels about halfway engorged to you? Does it feel more than half? It might be 60% or 70%, it just depends on your general intuition, you know your unit better than anyone. Just requires some experience and feeling. Lower erection levels are generally thought of as targeting length, while higher erection levels are thought to target girth. So, it could be said that there is a direct correlation between erection level and growth, depending on which dimension in particular you are targeting. Also keep in mind too low of an erection level will result in no growth due to a lack of any actual expansion outside of a normal erection.

That being said, I think you may be “choking” a bit too hard. By that I mean that you’re squeezing too hard when jelqing. Lighten up your grip a bit. You’re not trying to nearly burst your head, or over work your penis, just give it a good workout. If you continue squeezing as hard as it sounds like you are, you’re going to hurt yourself.

I guess you can say more than half, definitely more filled with blood and closer to a full erection. I see what you mean by intuition, I guess this is the process we all go through to see what works best for each individual person.

I know I shouldn’t compare the penis to any regular muscle like a bicep for example. But am I safe in saying that form, technique, maybe even the ideal erection level all play a factor in attaining results?

My logic, in the gym many people workout but with horrific form swinging and tossing the weight in total chaos.. Those are the guys that come for years and still look the same the entire time or have very little gains.. Essentially, it’s just time wasted, because the exercises are performed incorrectly.. Does the same apply to jelqing, if I jelq for 15 mins but not in the sweet spot have I jelqed at all?

I’m sure I’m sounding more and more like a newbie with each post but any feedback would be much appreciated!
