I've been jelqing for more than 6 months. This is what I have learned.

Undoubtedly technique, erection levels, and form all make the difference in gaining or not. But you should still jelq on your schedule. It’s obviously impossible to reach the sweet spot every time.

It’s better to ask questions and get it right than not ask and injure yourself.

Keep Cock Extended After Jelq? And A Few Others

So I have a question for everyone whos done this and seen gains.

Do you think keeping you cock in a somewhat extended state after jelqing session will help with gains? (Like an ADS or a cock coil, not a full on extender)

Also,

How long did you follow this routine or similar before you saw gains?

Which way did you jelq, (overhand/underhand and what direction?)

Dry or wet?

What was your routine schedule? (Every other day on?)

Lastly, how much did you gain from this or a similar technique/routine (and if it differed how?)

Of correct jelqing. I alternate this with a day on and day off schedule. Some of this gain is probably cumulative but most of it is through adherence to these basic principles:

2) Rest days are more important than jelqing days. You must rest. If not every other day than do a light schedule and take the weekend off.

I simply do not belive that you can gain over an inch in length in one month , that is an extra inch of tissue in just one month. Maybe its possible to stretch it more after a month
And maybe it look’s fuller and bigger. But gaining an extra inch of tissue in one month, no way.
I don’t won’t to disappoint new newbies but we must be realistic and honest about this. PE is not easy it takes time ask the vet’s. I have been here for some years now on and off, and trust me I have tried
With only little success I think I have gained 1 cm in length the last 2 month and I have been doing alot of jelqing. Ok I got better erections that’s for sure. But I also have a healthy lifestyle , running and working out. And I stopped smoking 10 years ago.
So fellow PE freind don’t be discouraged if you havent gained an inch in length in one month.
Just my opinion , correct me if I’m wrong.

I read that someone said that gains aren’t permanent on jelqing ? I would disagree, maybe You loosing some of gain but overall its permanent. I think best results are obtainable at close to over training at around 60-70% erection. I gained around 0,5 inch in month from around November in 4-5 weeks. Then I had to stop for reasons not connected to this. Now I will start again after 3 month break. But overall gain is mostly permanent. About amount of reps, for this best way would be to do few 50 reps sets, as much as possible until it will start to hurt. Then get back by 2 sets and I think this is best amount.. Going with specific set which worked for someone else is not good, after all everyone is different.

Did you finish newbie routine? Is that all you did for your helqing gains?

Yeah, I wasn’t doing anything else, I noticed that first month is fast gain, then its really slowing down, after around 2 months I stopped doing it for few days then start again but in the end I was to lazy to do it for longer, but after 2 months its still larger than it was before start. I think maybe its not like with normal muscle building.. Maybe best way to fast gains would be do jelqing for a month straight and then do 1 month break, then repeat. This way it will regenerate completely. My target is around 17cm(slightly less than 7 in) so I need around 1/2 inch up. My erected girth is around 5,5in at normal state but I seen it at over 6 inches so I think it is possible to make it bigger overall. I think perfect would be around 7x6,5 inch penis. Will see.. I hope by summer I will hit my target. Now I’m doing kinda more advance jelqing, at around 70-80% erection. But for someone who just begins I think its to risky to do it like that.

Gains are never fast; injuries are.
