Let’s go, the two of us, follow this routine. I insist on taking a picture and posting a measuring video. Both you and I may have doubts, despite appearing to have grown in this first month of beginner routine, about 5-8cm. I believe that attacking members is not healthy, especially in the practice of something so important to some, as it increases self-esteem and provides a better life. It’s like attacking the faith of some here. Would there be a need?

Actually newbie gains in first months can be quite amazing for length. Over 1” in first 6 months is not unheard of. After newbie gains, then it’s slow as hell.

I came into this a bit skeptical too, thinking that really great photo evidence is not common. I also didn’t want to fool myself - that’s part of why I chose to do this in stealth. I still don’t have really good photo evidence myself, but my wife’s response over the last almost 3 years confirms for me beyond all doubt that it works. Of course my measurements do reflect the change but her response is what I care about most. I get now why a lot of people don’t have great photo evidence. It’s hard for me to get a pic where I am 100% while trying to manage the camera, the ruler, my dick, etc. Hell just knowing I am going to attempt a pic i have a harder time getting erect! Lol. So for me it’s kind of a waste of time to try. My EQ would vary enough to not always show the difference. I can’t prove it to you, but the proof is in the blind study for me. As long as she continues to enjoy the growth, I am going to continue to PE. I wouldn’t waste my time if it didn’t really work.

I’m pretty sure that a different, less combative thread title would have received a better response. That said, I’m making absolutely killer progress on length. I do have a few pics in my log, but none showing BPEL with a ruler.

I measured on 2 Jan ‘21 at a humbling 5.5” BPEL. FWIW I was chemed with atleast 40mg of tadafil. To make matters worse, my wife had recently squinted at my unit when I walked by in full turtle mode. It looked like a baby bird peaking out of it’s nest. I was already reading this site and had formed my plan. But she accidentally gave my the drive to work my hanging plan every damn day. Today I can hit 7” Chem free.

After 5 months of effort she began to have vaginal orgasms. This month after 7 months of effort she is more prone to say ‘easy’ instead of ‘harder/deeper’. This stuff has made our relationship better.

I log every workout. Period. Very few missed days. In fact I get up at 4am just for PE. Finished by 6am and then off to my regular day. Consistency is the key.

I never really understood the attitude of some by coming to any of these forums questioning others and calling them out as fake or not enough proof. Certainly, of course I understand the skepticism, and of course, as a newbie, I would love to see precise, concise undeniable proof of a before and after, which it is available by the way, but is not as simple as it sounds.

Rookies need to spend more time reading and experiencing others feedback, I believe we see success stories here every single day, and if one is so skeptical that it feels like calling everybody out, I recommend you just walk away and leave us “delusional” people alone in our own little world without attacks. We know it works.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I only started PE because a urologist from my country stated that it was possible to increase penis size through extenders or pump, both length and girth. But gains will be limited, thus, I’m aware that I’ll never have an extraordinary dick, even if I spend a lifespan practicing PE.

I agree with you, All picture proofs I have seen here seem to be fake, and There must be a lot of members gaining a lot, but it could just be psychological as They show no convincing proof.

I’ve gained 2 cm in length this year, and I kept track of my gains through objects, I didn’t want to fool myself, But It might have happened.

But, Just give it a try, You can get good and cheap equipment from China, You might get a few inches or none.

Dont say that my friend. Do not say that you will never have an extraordinary dick, because yes you can. If you already gained 2cm, that is almost an inch and that quite frankly is a lot. And I have confidence you can ad 2 more, that is 3 in total, and perhaps even more, and you do not need your whole life to accomplish that.

True, you can get equipment from china, but since you are Brazilian, and Brazil has all types of natural resources, what about making equipment yourself in your own country my friend. Do not depend on china, design and make it yourself, sell it. Brazil is a great nation that can accomplish so much more.
