Hopefully you’ll make it back. I think that most here understand your skepticism, it’s nothing new. I was a huge skeptic coming in because conventional wisdom says that, “if this works, then hell everyone should have a big dick by now” and this shouldn’t be a necessary discussion. I was also not impressed with some of the before and after pictures because there seemed to always be something off about them. Different position, angle etc, etc.

Then I started to capture my own progress pics as proof of my gains. Let me just say, I’ve never taken so many pictures of my dick. During this time, I realized a few things:

1. It is hard as hell to get a picture of your dick at the exact same angle, in the same place, lighting, ruler position AND EQ! The sooner you start, the sooner you will see this for your self.

2. I spend more time “testing” my gains than I do showing them off. Translation….fucking. My gf and I went from sex 4-6 times per month to 20+.

3. PE takes a lot of time already, I don’t have additional time to cater to a skeptic.

4. It works.

It’s amazing to me how much this parallels with physical fitness. I remember when diet plans were accused of posting younger “before” pictures as after pictures. People would lose weight, but gain it back. People falling off and starting again. Then you hear, this diet doesn’t work or that diet doesn’t work. All diets work if you’re committed and consistent. The same goes for PE.

PE works, it worked for me! It worked so well my wife made me stop growing because it was becoming too hard for her to give me head. To me, that means PE works.


Starting length, Spring 2003: bpel 6 3/8", bpfsl ~6 1/2", flaccid ~3-4" (never measured flaccid stretched or hanging flaccid; starting girth was probably ~5"-5 1/4")

Summer 2004: bpel 7 7/8", bpfsl 8 1/8", flaccid ~4", erect girth 5.3"

I read about jelqing back around 2005, but was very skeptical. I tried it for awhile, but the science of penis enlargement was, and still is, one giant mystery, so there wasn’t any real instructions beyond just the basic, get “this” hard, make “this” shape, and now do “this” for 20 minutes a day.

Fast forward to late 2015, I stumbled across a post on another forum completely unrelated to penis enlargement, where someone mentioned that it is possible to make your penis larger, but it takes a lot of time. Most of the people replying to that poster called it a lie, blah blah. He mentioned this website at some point, and I found my way here.

I read everything, and decided that whatever I chose to try, it needed to be something that I could do while doing something else. I didn’t want to have to spend a lot of attention on it. So, I chose hanging because other than keeping up with a 20 minute timer on my phone, I can do something else, like watch tv, and zone out, passing the time faster.

I didn’t think it would work. I knew it wouldn’t. But, I figured I’d give it a month or two, just to prove myself right. I measured myself at 6.5” BPEL, and 5” EG.

I started with the diy hanger Bib has on his website - the clear tubing with a hose clamp hanger - and, I don’t remember exactly what my first weights were, but I’m pretty sure I started at 2.5lbs, BTC exclusively. I went up 1/2lb per week, and eventually worked up to 5lbs.

By this time, I noticed my flaccid state was longer and retracted less during normal every day life. I kept at it, hanging 3 sets a day, 20 minutes each set. As time passed, I worked through all the usual problems with wrapping and hanger attachment issues as they came.

I got up to around 7lbs, and measured at 6.75” BPEL, and my base girth was 5.5”. I remember whispering to myself as I looked at the ruler, “It’s working! I can’t believe it’s working, but it’s working!”

Since then, I’ve went through many versions of DIY hangers - from bending PVC, to eventually settling on a heavily modified variation of the Tom Hubbard design. I’ve hung up to 25lbs before. The issue I ran into was that the amount of weight required to make minimal gains was getting out of control. I didn’t have the time to add more sets - and the weight was already ridiculous - so I temporarily stopped hanging regularly, and instead, hung 1-2 sets a week to cement gains, while beginning to clamp for girth. At this point, my measurements were 7 3/8” BPEL, and 5 3/8 EG mid shaft, 6” base girth.

I got carried away with the clamping, because I was seeing ridiculous BPFSL gains - putting my BPFSL over 8”. I don’t know why, or how, but clamping was increasing it.

And then I went too far, and one day, while putting on the second clamp at the base, I tightened too much and got a terrible stinging/burning sensation in the tip. I immediately took everything off. It persisted for a couple of weeks, and I didn’t touch anything down there until the pain went away. I decided to take a break, as I was reading about deconditioning, and hoped it would lead to new gains.

Fast forward 1 year - I don’t have the hanger I was using, nor the ability to make a new one due to living in an apartment without access to my power tools - so, I made a Captain’s Wench, and started over at 5lbs. I’m currently up to 12.5lbs - no hanger or wrapping pain - and I do both clamping and hanging (not at once). If I have time, I do three hanging sets and two clamping sets - if I don’t have time, I do two hanging and one clamping set. I try to get in 3-4 days a week, but with 3-4 days each week off, I feel that the extra work on the 3/2 days works out because I have time to rest after such a workout.

When I started back with the Wench, I measured at 7 5/16”, so I lost 1/16” after 1 year of nothing. That’s pretty darn awesome! 1/16” could be a loss, or it could’ve just been a less than optimal day to measure. Either way, I was glad to see I was still holding on to over 3/4” BPEL gains.

Since restarting, I have seen gains, but it’s slow. Slow is better than what I was getting at 25lbs (zero gains), so the deconditioning did allow for more gains at lower weights. I’m currently back to 7 3/8” BPEL, and my girth is now 5.5” mid shaft and 6.25” base.

Penis enlargement does work, but it requires an enormous amount of time and effort. I’ve been doing it for 6 years now. There is no way to cheat the system - it requires patience and time. Any “secrets” to speed it up will most likely lead to injury. But, ff you have the time and opportunity, then why not do it?

To the original poster, the reason why I have no pics is because I didn’t believe it would work and felt like taking pictures was a waste of time. I now wish I had taken them just to see how far I’ve come. The numbers have changed, but to see it visually would be awesome. Unfortunately, I can’t do that.

When I started pumping over 10 years ago, I bought a 1.5” cylinder and it took me nine months before I was able to pack it 3/4 of the way up and had to upgrade to a 1.75” cylinder. Subsequently, I had to up grade to a 2” cylinder and finally a 2.25” cylinder which admittedly I have to pump first in the 2” cylinder before using the 2.5” cylinder, otherwise I end up sucking in my balls.

The major point being is that I still have my original 1.5” cylinder and I can no longer suck my well lubed flaccid dick into it. It has nothing to do with photo angles it is a physical impossibility.

Odd how people say they have tried PE ‘on and off for years’ and not gained, therefore PE doesn’t work.
Would those same people go to a gym on and off for years and then say the gym doesn’t work because they don’t get the body they want?
We all know people who have tried for years to learn a musical instrument, or a language, or to cook fabulous food, or learn to paint, or become a good runner, etc. and they can still only strum a few chords or run a steady 5k…

It’s almost a law of the universe that if you want results, you have to be consistent. Anyone can do something for a short time while they are fired up and enthusiastic: progress comes from doing the work when you have to, not when you want to. Year in and year out. You generally get out of life what you put into it.

The best proof is to gain yourself.

Of course, it is a big hurdle to overcome but I guess you just have to try it.

If you have the money for good equipment and 6 months time, I would just give it a go and see from there.

It took me 4 months or more to see my own BPFSL gains.

But when I saw them, I started to believe a lot more. And when I finally transformed BPFSL to BPEL, I believed even more.

After having gained the first 1cm of BPEL, it is very hard to deny. Now, after 1.8cm and hopefully going strong,

I am as convinced as I could be.

No proof will help you as much as gaining yourself, my friend.

When I started PE I was a sceptic. It was a sort of side hobby whilst I was stretching my foreskin (was suffering from tightness). I had no big hopes of it actually increasing my size in any meaningful way, and thus I had no “need” to do any photo’s of it before. And once the gains are there, what point was there to take a photo and go “Look! It’s this size now!” when there was nothing to compare it to in terms of photographs? :D

But anyhow. I don’t particularly care if anyone believes me or not. I don’t do this for recognition, but for myself. My wife is a believer, though she doesn’t know about me doing PE, but she has commented on it getting bigger “for whatever reason”

I also don’t particularly like the idea of putting photos in to the internet. I think similar reasons account for quite a few people here, as to why is there so little “Evidence”

Look into fasting. It releases growth hormone. Which helps

It’s so easy to fake a picture these days so a picture proves nothing really.

I have no photos becasue I don’t want pictures of my dick on my computer or phone and definately not on the internet.

But I know that I have measured consistently. I also know that my EQ at 47 is way less than it was at 20 but I’m now measuring 2cm more BPEL after 8 months of PE than at the start. So for my n=1 experiment I’m quite satisfied with the results and plan to stay the course.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.25” BPFSL; 6.25” - 6.5” MEG w/ c-ring.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

My post is directly related to the original post claiming or casting suspicion that the methods shared in this forum are not effective and desired results are impossible to achieve,
