Needing some help. Ten months, no result!

Needing some help. Ten months, no result!

How’s it going guys? See, this is where I am now. It’s been ten months and there’s no results. I’m gonna expose my case here, so here I go. I found this place in Jun 06 and I started the newbie routine but I didn’t follow it for so long cuz I didn’t have the time (university, work and stuffs) and maybe cuz I was lazy when it was too late in the night. There were more inconveneints all over that year, I had to travel to another country for work and I was busier there. It wasn’t until August 07 when I “really” started. I followed the newbie routine again, but this time I did it right, 5 days a week, jelquing and stretching. On those months there was no results at all, no length, no girth. In November I had a surgery and I couldn’t follow the routine for the next 2 months. I started again the newbie routine in January but this time I used more force doing the stretching and jelquing, and the routine was longer too, about an hour, sometimes more, 5/7. I keep that routine until April, when I started the following routine:

10 min hot wrap
5 min BTC (just one long hold)
5 x 3 min V-Stretch
15 min Jelquing
5 min JAI stretches
10 min hot wrap
5 days on / 2 days off (No kegels)

By the way, no results with that but I noticed I have really hard rock erection, sometimes it hurts, my dick seems bigger and fuller when its flaccid but it’s the same size, no gains at all. Also, it’s been like 1 ½ months with the new routine and my BPFSL before was the same that my BPEL but now my BPFSL it’s longer for 0.2 in.

I’ve been reading a lot of threads and I found this place really awesome, great mentors here. Some help will be really appreciated. Good luck guys. Later.

Klimax.

It sounds like you are making progress. Harder erections and growth in BPFSL are usually signs of good things to come.

But one factor I found to be important, which I don’t see in your routine, is a steady progression toward more time and intensity. Staying with the same routine for a long period of time can cause your body to adapt to the stress, but not necessarily to grow. The result can be a stronger penis, which is not necessarily much bigger than what you started with.

I would like to see you gradually increase time and/or intensity. During my big growth spurt, I would step up my workout by 1/4 or 1/3 every 2 weeks or so. Also, don’t do all your stretching BTC. Stretch at different angles; try to hit all the surfaces of your tunica. Stretch up, up to the right, up to the left, down to the right, down to the left—every which way. Try some slow helicopter stretches as well.

As for the jelqing, I suggest working up gradually over the course of each week. Start easy on the first day and build gradually as you reach toward your 5th day. Increase time, intensity, and erection level—more erect as the week progresses (but still not fully erect). Add in some edging toward the end of the week. Try to get your best possible erection. Then squeeze it hard at the base to make it even bigger. As your erection slowly subsides, start jelqing again. After 100 or so jelqs, edge it back up to a super erection. Squeeze it again. Repeat this 3 or 4 times.

Take 2 days a week off, except maybe for some easy stretches. The keys are not only consistency, but also a steady progression toward more and more challenging workouts.

Best of luck.

Enter your measurements in the PE Database.

What MM wrote.

Also, I would suggest to take a 1-2 weeks off every 12-16 weeks of work, as short decon-breaks. After that, restart with a less intense routine than you ended in the last “cycle”, progressing again in time and intensity.

Are you sure this is “doing it right”?

Because if you went to the gym and trained your biceps 5 days a week, your biceps would never have time to recover and grow.

As modesto man says, take 2 weeks off with NO PE except some light stretches.

Additionally consider a one on/one off, or even one on/two off routine.

And consider taking 3 days off here and there.

Personally I only see gains after I have taken time off.

Thanks for the replies guys!

Increase the time and intensity maybe something that I’m not doing good, because I just do the routine for an hour a day, at the same intensity most days but I try to keep on mind to do a hard workout the 1st,3rd and 5th day, especially the 5th day (I read about it in one thread some time ago). Unfortunately, it’s something I don’t do most of the time. I will change it to a gradually increase every day along the week.

Also, I gotta say I start the routine at the same hour every day (begin at 10 in the night and finish at 11 or so). I think it may influence the results somehow so I will change that too. About the stretch, I do most of them pointing down to the floor so again I think a change is coming trying different angles and adding the edging - squeeze stuff. And as you say MM, that’s exactly what I feel, a stronger penis but with the same size than always.

One doubt I have left is for how long I should keep that new fix routine? Or how long someone should stick to a routine if he’s not gaining at all? In the last question I mean if someone keep one routine for, let’s say, 3 months and he’s not seeing any gains. And, what about the decon-break as Marinera suggested? How do I know when I should take 1-2 weeks off? Every 4 months? 4 months with the same rountine? That’s another question in my mind because I read about changing the routine every 2 months, but taking breaks, as Marinera said, must be done and I should incorporate it.

Sta-kool, when I wrote “but this time I did it right, ..” I was talking about the exercises and not about how many days I take to do the routine per week. Sorry about it, my bad, it can be understood in two ways. I know it’s really important the rest days you give to your unit in order to recover and heal. I’m not so sure either, I just take 2 days because I feel like my unit is ready for the next round but I don’t know what’s inside or if it’s full recovered.

Thanks Iguana for answered my PM and as I say before, great mentors here, awesome advices, good stuff. Thanks again guys! Good luck and happy gains. Later.

………………….

If you are doing a routine based on manual techniques, I think 3 months straight with no results are a sign that a decon-break is needed. Chances are that you’ll get some gains while resting.

Remember to raise slowly and constantly the total workload.

If after 2-3 times you repeated the same kind of routine you had no gains, you should look for something different - hanging, extender/ADS, pumping.

Look at this, also:

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

if you haven’t already.

That said, you have to know yourself, how your body react to stimuli- general principles are pretty the same for most of guys, but the specificity of everyone is an unavoidable key factor.

Hope this helps :) .

klimax2,

I agree, MM & marinera have great advice. The only thing I would add is, you may want to replace the warm down with a cool down.
See this thread: Cool Down - YES You NEED It!

Let me tell you the secret that has led me to my goal: my strength lies solely in my tenacity.

How’s it goin guys?

I must confess that I was really close to try hanging because I didn’t see gain so far but I prefer for now staying with the manual techniques. However, someday hanging will be my passion. I’ll take your advice Marinera. I will see how my unit goes with the fix routine, waiting for the signs to know when I should take the decon-break.

Iguana, I’m gonna check that thread out right after this. Thanks for you support bro!

By the way, I’ll start the fix routine tomorrow so wish me luck guys.

Thanks for the advices. Later.

I wish you luck, klimax :) .

Grazie Marinera
