Newbie routine for almost 3,4 months..

Newbie routine for almost 3,4 months..

What can I do now? I dont want Clamp..is seems to risky and dangerous.

My routine now is
Warm up
10 min stretch
20-25 min jelq

I will conitune with Jelq and stretch..but I want put on something to help me grow in both length and girth…some hint about routine?

Jelqing and stretching are the two best tools to gain. Why add a fancy new exercise when you could just increase jelq/stretch intensity and time.

Yeah give these a try but be careful. Or you can slow the jelqing down to 5-8 seconds per stroke. Warm up longer and stretch longer.

Okej, i´ll increase intensity..but i heard that its not good to jelq more than 7 minutes and jelq more than 30 minutes…is it wrong?


Start: 1 feb 2008: 14,5 cm

Now: 12 sep 2008: 16,5 cm

Goal: 18 cm (1 jun 2009?)

Jelqing for 37 minutes is quite a bit, hehehehe!
