*Not for Newbies* Testing a stretch for those with a tough "cord"
Mods please move this out of basics as it is not basic I just cannot post to anythingbother than basic.***
So I have always struggled with that super strong cord when stretching, it has been called a few things. Septum, Limiting Factor, etc. Its that very strong cord that will no stretch no matter what you do. I have tried hanging and lots of different stretches that never seem to work, or produce a temporary fain in bpsel.
I began doing some gentle orange bends a few weeks back and that has seemed to really trigger some gains. I can tell and see a difference immedietly after and for hours/days after. That was with a normal orange bend. The past two weeks I have tried something new and added it to my routine and I think it really helps. I think it has been talked about before in dual fulcrum stretching but maybe this takes it a little further.
Here is what I have been doing. I usually do it in my spare time and without a great warmup as I dont have time to heat my junk for 15 minutes. I work into these slowly making sure the light jelqs warm me up sufficiently.
I make two ok grips. One below glans palms facing stomach. The other a base grip facing stomach. You can switch hands for both side work. Thumbs should be paralle to each other before doing stretch. I usually do with 20-30% erection and I also kegel blood into my penis before doing the stretch. Each stretch last 5-10 seconds. First kegel some blood into penis. then with the top hand pull to either side using your thumb as the top fulcrum and the base hand pull the opposite way using again that thumb as a fulcrum. It will make sense once it is tried. From here I also hold the stretch and isolate that cord and visibly watch it all stretch. by using my thumbs to create more force. Im not an expert but I think this really focuses on the tunica.
My results after working out I have loved so far, never any bad after effects, no turtling etc. I would love for others to try it and let me know thoughts. Maybe this is already done with another stretch I just have not found it. I dont measure I judge result by relation to my belly button. This is the only thing that has seemed to work. Im 6’5 330lbs and also have a significant fat pad I am trying to lose. Please give me feedback etc or say Im stupid for doing this. :) Thanks guys
