Overcoming the contraction of a penis after over-excersising
About a week ago I had a strange day. I couldn’t stretch since my flaccid instantly went erect. I decided to skip stretching and jump straight into jelqing, but after a few jelqs I got 100% erect. I waited until it became 60% erection, started again, and again after 3 jelqs it became a 100% erection. I repeated it a few times, but just couldn’t do it right. I decided to skip excersises on that day completely. The problem is, that since I did jelqs when more erect then normally I overtrained my unit. It turtled a bit after the workout and it’s skin changed it’s color to an unhealthy one. I guess you know what I’m talking about.
I decided to try to bring it back to normal, so I started edgeing. After a half an hour of edging the penis became it’s normal healthy self again. The question is, do you think it might be dangerous to try to overcome the after-over-working-contraction?
