Pump vs Extender?

Hi I’m looking to gain length and Girth but was wondering what will be the easiest to give me permanent results. I’ve been reading up on the size genetics extender and the Penomet pump. If you guys had money to purchase one of these devices which one would it be and why?

My skepticism with the pump is; there is no medical literature that has proven permanent results. However, extenders have been proven medically with results. But seems to take many hours of wearing it to see any gains. I work all day and would think it be difficult to conceal under my pants vs’s the pump you just do a once a day routine.

Thoughts? Thanks.

I’d go for the pump because girth definitely wins over length. It’s a funny device to use due to post pumping expansion and it can help gains from manual routines.

You can gain length with pumping too.

What if he only has a 3 inch dick? Just kidding! Yeah doesn’t the pump also work length a bit?

Also I was wearing my extender under my jeans at Walmart the other day….HORRIBLE!

I would also be sceptical about the pump, for any guy that has gained from pumping there are two that haven’t. I think extenders are a more solid bet as a whole. Are you averse to doing manual PE?

My thoughts are, if we are talking initial/newbie gains, it will be EASIER to achieve permanent/semi-permanent gains from an extender than pumping. I believe the guys that say pumping worked for them but the common thread is it took a lot of dedication. An extender you can make a cheap ADS and wear it 8 hours a day, do some daily jelqs and bam you have some nice gains.

Why not do both?

I’ve been researching medical journals and urology reports and extenders are medically proven to gain lengths in these studies. But pumps have no scientific backing and they said none of the results were permanent.. However when I browse forums and read testimonials about the new pumps using water with vacuum instead of air vacuum everyone says it works great and will get permanent results.

I don’t have the time to be consistent and would like a regimented device to help me. I’ve gained minor girth results jelqing but no changes in length.

@Dinosaur how baggy does your clothes have to be to wear an extender underneath? I don’t want to look like I’m stuck in the 90’s with these huge baggy pants. Lol

Pumping is quite easy and I’ve gained permanent length and girth. Doesn’t require a lot of time in comparison to an extender.

Titleist which pump did you get? And what kind of gains did you achieve?

I use the LAPD pump. I’ve gained just over 1.5 inches in length from pumping.

Remember that all research done on extenders is for penis enlargement, so all the results focus on size gains. In the medical community, pumping been around for a much longer time than extenders, but doctors could not really be seen to be talking about PE, so pumps (cylinders & pumps) were considered as a device for men with erectile dysfunction, in the days before Viagra and Cialis etc. were available.
Extender companies paid for research that said their products work. Pump/cylinder companies already had a big following of men who knew that pumping works, so they didn’t need to have paid-for ‘scientific’ research done.

When this forum (and all the early PE forums) started, much of the talk was hanging and pumping. Like Titleist, I’ve gained both length and girth from pumping. I have no desire to try an extender because something that requires many hours a day just wouldn’t work for me. I’m sure extenders do work, but pumping is pleasurable as well as being effective PE.

I wouldn’t want to mess about with water either; air pumping has worked for decades. Water pumping is a bit like extenders - they’ve only been around a relatively short time, and all the ‘science’ is geared toward showing they work as a PE device (and is mostly funded by manufacturers). Air cylinders, with a gauge on the pump, enable you to know exactly what you are doing to your penis. Ones that are similar in price to branded water pumps are vastly better made and will last years, plus you can use the same actual pump with multiple cylinders, so you save as your penis grows.

haha I’m not wearing skinny jeans but they’re still pretty tight, I’m also wearing briefs under so it’s really tight and you can definitely see it. I’d go commando but I just picture my extender falling right out.

I’m planning on ordering monkey bars vac extender.

So I just got my penoment pump yesterday and plan to also get an extender of some sort as well..

But not sure if I’m using it right? After pumping my flaccid penis, is it supposed to give me a rock hard erection? Where its throbbing? Because when I use it and let as much air out, id say I’m only like 60% erect.. Am I doing something wrong?

Enter the cylinder erect.
