Is The Programmer OK with a delayed delivery?

Remek, if you’re still editing the Wiki, could you remove the part saying that all italicized portions are for the programmer? The ones not labeled “NOTE TO PROGRAMMER” are instructions.

Today is the 8th day. When I first talked to him about when he wanted the project completely finished, he said idealy 8 days, but no later than 14 days.

I told him I would shoot for 8-10 days. The 10th day will be Saturday, and that is my goal. I think it is very attainable. I PMed him (or her) today, double checking that this is okay. I am awating his (or her) answer.

I agree, we do need different levels of expertise. You might be right, 50 is quite a bit. When I say 50, I mean we should PM 50 people, and hopefully 20 of them will comply.

If you guys are that adamant about not using wiki, then we can continue to do so in here. The editing process would be easier in wiki, IMO. However, at least using the forum we can see what is changed, and by whom.

The consent for really doesn’t need to be created right away. But I like to plan ahead. It is basically a list of the contents of the survey. PG already has half of it done.

Basically the advertisement for the survey. It will list:

The title of the survey - Thunder’s Place Natural Penis Enlargement Survey
The purpose of the survey - To gather data and information regarding natural penis enlargement.
Potential benefits to respondents and society - Benefits include: knowledge that will allow us to build better routines and better PE programs. In turn, maximizing our potential gains.
The basic procedures of the survey - PG lists this already
Potential risks and discomforts
Incentives for the participant - The users who complete the survey will obtain a, “I finished Thunder’s PE Survey” underneath their avatar. Additionally, you will have the satisfaction of helping, yourself and thousands of others reach your goals faster.
Confidentiality - PG lists this already
Participation and withdrawal - You can stop the survey, and return at anytime. The survey saves your information, so you do not have to finish the whole survey at once.
Identification of the surveyors, who should be called if questions arise about the survey — We will direct them to a thread, that we will create, for any comments/questions/complaints about the TP PE Survey.

This will be what is “advertised,” before the user agrees to take the survey.

That would be “content”, not “consent” then correct? :)

The wiki idea could have used a few more people that were up to speed with using it I think. At least we have one new wiki user now. :)

They call it a “consent form,” because it requires the user to read, and “consent” to the content. Consent, content, condom, I could carless what we call it ;)

Who is “they”? Anyone clicking on the first answer is “consenting” right?

Remek is correct in describing the typical content of a medical or non-medical consent form, but they are designed only for the satsifaction of Institutional Review Boards (ethics people). T, you’re our IRB, right? ;)

I PMed 15 mods & members who I belive have the ability to contribute some good information and comments before we send this project to the programmer -
Most of them said the survey looked great. A few, particularly two, said they skimmed through it, and noticed quite a few errors, but were unable to do a full analysis just yet. I requested their immediate input.

Another member, suggested we had ginkgo biloba to the list of supplements. He stated that gingko is suppose to produce more flow. If this is the case, I agree, we should place it on the list of supplements.

I will send all these members here, so we can get all the final comments out in the open — and have it finished sometime tomorrow.
