TPS, I have just come across this thread. I thank you for your helpful contribution/s here on Thunders Place. That which you have come across is of great importance and you have shared it freely. To the ” cow” who selfishly kept that kit which was going around to h*ll with you and your ” unkosher ” manners. Here at Thunders we are about helping each other where ever we can this is not about self-play game theory. Although I am not a hanger I think those sleeves will work very well as ADS devices. I am currently wearing ADS sleeve by Monkey Bar and they have worked better than any other ADS I have ever come across. Now your method would allow one to make quite a few sleeves for ourselves in a very cost effective way. Thank you TPS.

I went ahead and ordered the silicon and crafted a mold and so far I have been impressed. The first batch there was substantial oozing but I am thinking of ways to deter that and will share if they work. Also I did not originally realize the versatility of these sleeves. They make a great ADS, great anti turtle sleeve, and replace the sleeves on my max vac.

For all those interested these sleeves work well for the max vac and you only need one as opposed to the original two the max vac calls for. Just thought I would share this info as I am excited getting back into hanging now that I can afford sleeves.

Is the silicon sleeve as good or better for ADS (not hanging) than one of the devices that grab the penis right behind the glans? Like the Peni-master or vac extender, etc.

The sleeve seems to grab along the shaft distributing the tug along a portion of the shaft, whereas the other devices seem to grab right behind the glans.

I am considering using some device that would allow me to stretch the penis for 10 - 12 hours a day, applying a moderate tug via a strap attached to the leg. It seems to me that the sleeve would be safer way to do this , but is it really as effective?

Well I haven’t heard anything from TPS, so I’m asking anyone who has made some of these silicone sleeves can you make 3 sleeves and I’ll pay $10 Paypal for them?

Hey tps, I’m just curious, did you ever consider placing the mixed liquid silicone in a vacuum in order to de-foam it before pouring into the mold? Just wondering what your thoughts were on this step. It seems to generally be basically necessary for larger things, but apparently not so much for things like this?

First of all, thanks for this thread, as i had taken a break from PE and am just now getting back into the swing of things, and this looks like a wonderful ADS. However, i just got the silicone in, and i see that it’s the 0010 instead of 0030! Does that make a significant difference for this project? In other words, do you think I’d be able to make it work with what i have, or should i try to ship this package back?

Hi mac, I would think the 0010 would be adequate for an ads and the lower tensions involved. I’d be wary of it if you were going to try hanging with it. If I had it, I would certainly try it. Might even be better. Let us know please. :)

Thanks TPS for the instructions, as they were very helpful! I placed an order for the sample size on Friday and my package from smooth-on arrived yesterday. I went to Lowes and spent $5 on some PVC 1” and 1/2” pipe and end caps and went to work. The only difficult part was splitting the 1” PVC in half. Put everything together and “tested” the mold with water to see how much volume it would require (60 ml is the answer). I mixed up 6 tsp of each parts and then drizzled it into the mold. I should post pictures since it’s a ridiculously simple design and worked great.

This morning I had a 6.25”x3/16” thickness sleeve (open on both ends) ready to try. It took me about 12 seconds to realize that at that length it would be too difficult to use so I cut it in two pieces (about 60/40). Put both pieces on and rolled a bit under next to the glans to prevent turtling and went on my way. After about three hours of wearing, and no discomfort at all, I took it off to try something else. I hooked up my vacuum device made from friendly plastic and this new sleeve was super easy to apply compared to what I have been using, and very effective.

Amazing stuff!

This thread makes me wish I was a handier fella- I have the phallosan and this seems like the perfect solution to their ‘condom’ application - which flames out pretty damn quick.
