Swinger - I think I understand now that you and I are both anti-circumcision. I’ve seen these web sites before and I agree with most of the things they say. Circumcision is a bad thing. It can cause loss of sensitivity which can lead to unsatisfactory sexual relations. I’m not promoting this procedure in any way. We’re on the same “side” of the argument.

The point of my asking for a web site related to erectile dysfunction is that r0ad_h0gg says, without qualification, that infant circumcision causes ED. My position is that circumcision is not a known cause of ED and that Mr. h0gg doesn’t know what he’s talking about. I asked for a single erectile dysfunction web site that lists circumcision as a cause. You gave me the wacky Dr. Lin and a couple anti-circumcision sites.

Did you know that Lin is not a physician? He’s not a medical doctor. He has a PhD in electrical engineering. He is not qualified to speak on most of the topics he discusses on his several web sites. He has been discussed here many times and is regarded as eccentric and a purveyor of false information.

Quoting from anti-circumcision web sites is going at it by having a solution looking for a problem. The studies done on these site have a built in prejudice making circumcision the culprit in many crimes. Once again I’ll tell you that I am against this form of mutilation. But I am not going to compromise known physiological principles by saying circumcision is responsible for things that it is not.

You still haven’t answered my question about how my choice of reasons to restore makes any difference in how I respond to r0ad_h0gg’s wild theories. You’ve hinted that I’m bending the truth or arguing for circumcision and I’m trying to find out why you believe that.

I don’t see that you’ve presented any facts. You’re giving us emotional responses from web sites that have a vested interest in making circumcision an all encompasing evil.

Like bibblackstick you’re dismissing me and all I’ve said with your “I give in” attitude. I’m not trying to “win” anything. I’m just trying, as I said before, to prevent false theories from becoming “facts.”

Effects of circumcision on male sexual function: debunking a myth?

PURPOSE: Claims of superior sexual sensitivity and satisfaction for uncircumcised males have never been substantiated in a prospective fashion in the medical literature. We performed such a study to investigate these assertions. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The Brief Male Sexual Function Inventory (BMSFI) was administered to sexually active males older than 18 years before undergoing circumcision. After a minimum interval of 12 weeks after the operation, the survey was again administered. The 5 domains of the BMSFI (sexual drive, erections, ejaculation, problem assessment overall satisfaction) were each given a summed composite score. These scores before and after circumcision were then analyzed by Wilcoxon signed-rank testing. RESULTS: All 15 men who participated in the study between September 1999 and October 2000 were available for followup. Mean patient age plus or minus standard deviation was 36.9 +/- 12.0 years. There was no statistically significant difference in the BMFSI composite scores of reported sexual drive (p >0.68), erection (p >0.96), ejaculation (p >0.48), problem assessment (p >0.53) or overall satisfaction (p >0.72). CONCLUSIONS: Circumcision does not appear to have adverse, clinically important effects on male sexual function in sexually active adults who undergo the procedure.

Not to discourage people from restoring if they want to, but In reading another messageboard, I found an examples of uncut guys who have the same issue with a soft head:

It’s funny how he says “I think this is just a thing us uncut have.” And here a few are saying that it must be because we’re cut.

Trying to compare adulthood circumcision to infantile circumcision is laughable. Hobby, there’s absolutely no comparison what so ever. The penis is fully developed/grown with a retractable foreskin which allows for an accurate job to be performed. The patient can tell his doctor/surgeon exactly what type of circumcision that he prefers. If he’s wise, he’ll ask the doctor to leave as much of his inner foreskin as possible a long with all of the frenulum.

The follow up survey that was done twelve weeks after the operation (note I called it an operation instead of a mutilation) does not give enough time. I would like you to find one of these types of surveys that follow up on the patients (note I said patients instead of victims) twelve years afterward. How about twenty four years? Or maybe forty eight years? Once all of them need a piece of steel wool to obtain an erection, just maybe they might have a different opinion as to whether or not they should have been circumcised.

Since so many people here seem to put stalk in to porno films, I challenge any one here to watch a porno with an intact man so that you can see the difference in sexual performance for yourself.

I’ve discovered that Rejuveness tape works great for t-taping. It would probably work great for the canister method too. A word of caution - It sticks so well that it’s difficult to remove. I rub a water soluble cream in to my skin before taping so that the tape comes off easy with the aid of warm water.

Using Rejuveness for t-taping has been working very well for me since I’ve discovered it about a month ago. The skin growth has been exceptional!

I personally wouldn’t recommend the tlc tugger. I have tried it only to find it very disappointing. It impedes blood circulation just like I had suspected it would. You can’t wear it for extended periods.

The t-tape that I make with Rejuveness takes me less that ten minutes from start to finish including the application of it on to my penis.

All you need is a roll of Rejuveness tape, a suspender strap with the clips, a ruler, a pencil, scissors, water soluble cream, and a little perseverance everyday and you will have skin growth in a short time.

If I was 7 x 6.5 nbp, I wouldn’t be fucking around with PE, I’d be out building that car or monster truck you want. PE for yourself not your girlfriend. I would love to be uncut and with some PE exercises I’m gaining a bit of foreskin back when flaccid. I’m thinking of introducing pumping along with my hanging routine. LAPumps has a foreskin retoration tube which I’m considering getting. I have no problems getting erections, partcularly for my age (59) - hell, I can look at it and it pops up, just wish there was more to pop up. I think an uncut cock looks very nice and I could use that extra quarter inch the doc cut off. Glenn
