Okay not sure why I can’t access members section anymore so I posted here. I have been debating a long time on whether or not to start clamping. I read and read about it and decided to give it a go. I stopped this morning and bought a couple cable clamps. I did the first session a few minutes ago and it felt great. I only did 10 minutes to start with and after I took it off my erection stayed for quite some time. I didn’t think it would ever subside. I will build up slowly to 15 minutes in a week or two. I had no tingling or loss of feeling at all and kept a close watch on the color for the first time to see how it went. I will keep you guys posted with progress.

I also ordered a silicon sleeve ADS last night to wear during the day at work. I don’t have a lot of time anymore for manual PE but will get in what I can. My hope is that between the PE I get in and these devices it will work out.

I’m doing 100 jelqs per day (3-5 days week)
PC/BC clinches
Bed Fowfers
BTC daily (won’t need as much with ADS)

I began clamping after about three months of PE and immediately felt great stretching of my penis, in fact it felt like it was going to burst a few times and left little red dots on my head which faded after a few days.

I had been stagnating at 6 1/5” bpel recently and was becoming a little despondent as I was suspecting that some people get newbie gains from ligament stretching and better EQ and little else no matter how much they stretched, pulled or prayed….

…well, this morning I clamped for about a half hour or so and them measured semi-erect and bone pressed 6 7/8”!

I`m still in shock and have some doubts about what I measured, but I felt that way when I first measured 6 1/2” also.

Keep up oldman. I`m 50 this year and never felt younger.

The general idea around here if one reads the successful clampers seem to be 3-4 sets of 8-15 min. I personally get the best expansion if I split my sets so that I do one in the morning and two at night but since I do my PE stealth I can’t always get that in. Duration depends a lot on the level of constriction you use.

Thanks Ebon. Yeah my PE is stealth as well so its hard to get in a lot of it. Clamping at work just doesn’t get it because the erection is just to revealing.

I was advised by a vet to start slowly and build up. Say 5 min set for a week, then add a minute the next week. Then so on.

Sta-kol how many sets a day were you advised of doing

Just a single one initially until I got conditioned. Then I believe once I got to one set of ten, I was advised to do the same protocol with the second set — 5 for a week, second week, 6 mins third week, etc

Afraid I abandoned clamping and did not get past a single 7 min set. Too wimpy I think!

Are you guys aware of dangers of clamping?

It really is advanced routine and needs many months experience in PE.

ADS and Clamping is best way to kill your EQ specially if you planning to wear “cylicone ads” from eBay that stop blood flowing to the head of the penis

So if you are a newbie and reading this, don’t even think about clamping!

Sounds like oldman77 has a year of PE under his belt, though.

I have done PE for a couple of years. I have not clamped though until this week. So far do good. I am starting with 3 sets of ten minutes so I’m not going to over do it. I have an ADS yet but do traction wrapping everyday for about 4-6 hrs.

In my experience this is too much to start with. I’d recommend doing 5 min sets to start and then slowly building up to 10-12 min.

It took myself several times to learn that I need to start at lower numbers.

Clamping, in my experience, is easily a dick killer if you don’t ramp up carefully. 3 sets of 10 minutes is a good way to kill a dick new to clamping.

Start with 1 set of 5 minutes once a day, seriously. Work your way up a minute every 3 days and watch your PI’s. When you get to 10 minutes split it into two sets of 5 minutes and ramp up again.

Jawbone, thats seems like a pretty good build routine. I will give that a shot.
