I’m sure there is, but its easy enough to create them. Just keep them in present tense, keep it in the affirmative rather than negative, state it like it is already happening.

So for example for losing weight, the wrong way of stating it is;

I don’t eat junk food….WRONG

I eat only healthy and nutritious food….RIGHT

OR

I am losing fat…wrong

I am releasing unneeded fat…right

or

I WILL get to my ideal weight…wrong

I am always at my ideal weight…right

So keep it present tense, keep it always in the affirmative, and state it like your ideal is happening now.

I would like to add something that I haven’t read yet: It’s important to feel happy while you’re doing this. If you do this to relieve stress you’ll just block its effects. I don’t mean that you have to giggle like a little school girl, just be in a happy, positive mindset that’s all. And remember to never allow countering thoughts to change it. I.e., Don’t say later on to yourself, “This is just bill shit, it won’t work.” You will just reaffirm the limiting belief that you are trying to change.

I don’t know if this has been affecting my PE at all, but I’ve been having one awesome workout after another at the gym. I have been (for my ability/strengths) really throwing the weights around.

What have been you hearing? The generic stuff or something like ‘I’m growing.’. Maybe you misunderstood yourself.

Well, I haven’t been “hearing” anything. And all my messages I put into it are penis specific.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

Yeah, mine are usually consistently decent, maybe once a week or twice a month I’ll have a really good one. This past week was just awesome. And I wondered if it wasn’t subliminal messages, cuz I haven’t really been doing much different in terms of sleep or diet.
