Hypnosis has helped psychogenic impotence, but it was due to extreme guilt due to the man cheating on his wife. So, the affirmations were, “I forgive myself, I forgive myself and others the mistakes we make, I am a good man, I deserve a happy life, etc.”

Like I said earlier, at the root of most “problems” many times is lack of love for yourself and others, and the believe you don’t deserve a happy relationship and a good life. IF that is the case, all the affirmations about sexual control will be useless.

You don’t need to put sizes in, but it is OK if you do. If those are the sizes you want, leave the messages as they are. I have sizes in my messages, even though they are not necessary.
Visualize yourself just the way you want to be; penis, body etc. - whatever supports your messages.

Hmm this is interesting and I like they already have some affirmations that you can just point and click and run them at the same time. My question is how much is too much. With my job now I can sit at the computer all day if I wanted. The list for PE look good but I have other priorities as well. First and foremost is staying quit from all drugs and smoking and then speed reading, gaining muscles, get rid of anxiety, procrastination, accelerated learning, etc

How much positive thinking do you think is too much? No such thing, the more the better!!!

That said, I think doing one or two categories at once is best. Focus the messages you want the subconscious to absorb. When you begin to get real change in that area, then move on the next catagory. I believe with the list you gave, start with “love myself, love my life” for a few weeks. That alone could help most of your list.
