Dont be sad this journey can be harsh and hard to complete but it can be done. Do not lose hope my brother. Keep going until you reach your goals. For the record even a EQ is gain :)

Hi all. I’m 5x4 and want to hit the girth first. I’ve been PEing for 2 months and have gained .25” and no girth gain. I read many girth related posts but I don’t seem to grasp which direction to go. I’ve heard of jelqing, clamping, and squeezes. Which exercise should I incorporated in my routine? I favor in jelqing as it is inexpensive and I feel safer.

Welcome to the posting side.

Sometimes the way we grow is not an easy function of what we do, .e.g. hanging is considered a length exercise but hangers tend to report base girth gains.

You might try initially adding some Uli#3s in amongst your jelqing. Often, this works really well as the rest of the jelqing will be working with a slightly increased size.

5.5 by 4.25 reporing. Im ok with length I just need to put up girth. I did pe for 2 months with very little length and no girth gains.

Going to go back on the wagon

I began my growth in an accidental fashion. In college, in only had 51/4 to skin and 5.5 to bone (with best hard on!)
In my late thirties, I purchased an extender. It was pure torture, so I gave it up.
Then, I developed a habit of absentmindedly stretching. After 8 years, I elected to try again, and found my bone pressed length to be 6.25 inches! That was great news, though overall I still show 5.25” due to an extra 3/4 inch of fat I’ve added.

So, onward and outward to getting 6” in the clear and maybe a wee bit more! :)

Different Sizes

First off I would like to say I am a total “Newbie”, so please be nice! Anyway here’s my question: What’s big, small and average? I take it from this thread that 5” is on the smaller side of average. Personally, I feel fine with my length but the girth.. Well I guess I just don’t know what’s average.

5 to 6.5 is more likely to be considered average and 4.5 to 5.1 is average of girth I think.

I’m wondering too if that size is an attainable goal for those of us starting out around 5x5 or so.

Those are my thoughts, based on vast amounts of posts here, and personal experience of women!

The 7.6” of length may be ‘a bit of a stretch’ :) starting out at 5”, but the 5.6” of girth, which is more important, should be quite feasible.

Any gain is positive. The hardest thing is to keep at it and not measure too often. Try not to measure more than every 2 or 3 months and you will notice your gains.

Hi All, I’m a newbie in PE. In terms of girth, what does balloon means? And hangers? How are they different and how should I include in my routine safely?

I thought it would be inspirational for those that were in the 5” club to report back when they broke out of the 5” club as I’m now consistently measuring in at 6” BPEL. The first measurement I ever took was 4.75” over a year and a half ago. That wasn’t bone pressed but still really motivated me to take action.
