Really sad DL. I think yes they will grow. I see cells growing all the time on my daily practice as a physiotherapist, our body will grow even nerves back, takes a while but I’m sure we grow, slowly but yes

I decided this from years of working on and thinking about flaccid. When my flaccid is at its most “flaccid state,” it is, sadly enough, the exact same amount of meat as when I began PE years ago.

However, there are some degrees of plumping-up (short of an erection) that give the illusion of me having a big flaccid dick.

As just one example, my “piss dick” today is plump, fat, mushroom-headed, and hard to ignore. Years ago, my piss dick was small.

Do you have any erect gains? Length and/or girth?

How long after you finish stretching should the soft long flaccid state continue for? I’m using an extender for about 8 hours a day in total and when I take it of I have the exact thing described here - a long soft flaccid state. This however it reduces/disappears within few hours after finishing extending. Is this considered normal ?

You have understood things in the opposite manner.
I will explain….
Lets say you do 8h of extending… When you finish your daily program your dick may be a little smaller in flaccid because it was strained for so many hours…
If your flaccid after 2 hours from finishing your program , continiue to be small and stiff…. don t expect any gains.
If after 2 h your flaccid is expanding and is long and thick and soft then expect gains.

I experience the opposite, after finishing my flaccid is soft and long and this deminishes over time to let’s say to normal state, maybe a bit bigger and longer than the usual. But by next morning it’s back to the it’s normal dimension I would say.

I extend with a relatively low tension, something like 500-1000g, definitely not more than 1200g which is the first line on my extender which I verified on a kitchen scale.

Do you think I’m undoing it and there is no fatigue and that’s why I don’t experience what you’ve described in your last post?

No … Once again you got it opposite…

When you are overtraining you have a little stiff flaccid.

When you are training as much as you should… then you have a big soft flaccid that soon will have erect gains.

8h of extending is a joke… even with 300grams of tension. (Most extender users that didn t gain were doing more than 6h/day).

Take 2 days OFF and go for 4h/day and watch what happens to your flaccid.

I’ll try this and see what happens. The reason I was doing about 8h day is because I don’t feel any fatigue and my erections are rock hard. The only discomfort I get is on my glans but I guess that’s expected from the noose style extender. Plus I got about 10mm gain on BPEL after about 300h. Also I’m trying to lower my erection angle with the extender pointing down so I assumed the time will be beneficial here.

If you are having gains with what you are doing then don t change anything.
I thought the reason you asked questions was because of lack of gains.
Gains+good EQ = Don t change anything.
As for the erection angle changing… it will not happen with extending.
Which extender are you using?

Which extender are you using?

I’m using one of those basic spring loaded extenders you can get off ebay.

I did gain a bit but since my flaccid is gradually decreasing after I finish extending I thought maybe I’m missing something here. Hence me asking at the beginning how long should that flaccid state last for.

Can you suggest anything which could help to reduce the erection angle?

If your flaccid is gradually decreasing then you are doing a lot of hours per day and maybe also using bigger tension.

Hangers report frequently that their erection angle changed.

I jelq right when I wake up, when my flaccid is big and soft and my balls are big and low. Everything is already warm. It just invites exercise! And my dick responds and then stays that way for awhile.

So I have been reading this post, and from my personal experience I have gained more taking rest days. I have being doing PE for several years and light hanging has been the only thing that worked for me. I have tried pumping, extenders, heavy hanging, jelqing, clamping. I agree the less is more. My erections are rock hard, my time commitment is less but better. I don’t wrap any more because the weight I use isn’t painful. So far I have gained almost an inch in a short amount of time since I started doing this.

I use 2-3 lbs BTC, noose hanger( I know the taboo against those, but the wench and bib didn’t work for me) as close to my pelvis as I can and do 2-20min sets and call it. Put a 2 inch silicone sleeve on after and keep it on till it slips off naturally and that’s it. I take days off based on how I am feeling and Physical indicators. I don’t care if I miss a couple days if I feel I need it

I want to note today my flaccid has been nice and soft and big.

So in fact you are just stretching the ligs with this light hanging method? Because if I understood correctly , the grip is as close to your base as it can be?
