The Orange Jelq
I’m wondering if I have discovered a new exercise. Probably not but here goes.
Take a standard jelq grip with your left hand. Rotate your thumb towards your body then jelq out to the left. At the same time use your right hand to push left on your head.
I then get two traveling Orange bends, one left and one right, along the shaft as I jelq. Repeat on the other hand.
