What are your 2016 goals?

I hope that I can get to 7.5” BPEL and 5.25 EG this year. After not doing any PE for over a year I lost most of the gains I have made in the past. I think my PE goals are achievable.

I would also like to get in better shape, eat better, find a girl, and make more money.

I’ve been PEing for about 6 years (maybe longer) off and on. My goal to to stay consistent, doing 5 day on 2 days off. Lastly to work on girth I want to gain an 1” or 1.5”.

My PE goals are anything over 0.5” in length, 1” would be awesome ^_^
No need girth since I am already on 5.51” MEG, but if some of it comes, I don’t mind.

Life goals?
-finally and completely switch from classic diet (all of those junk foods, sweets, fast foods and etc..) into raw vegan diet.
-be a better boyfriend!
-be more serious about my martial art, get it on better level and gets deeper into it!
-start meditate and improve my mind/soul/spirit or whatever you call it :D

Of course I have more of goals but these are the most important :)

See some gains in 2016

Hey there I’m pretty new in here been visiting this site maybe nice December of last year. I started to do PE in mid of Jan but I wasn’t doing it consistently especially jelqing, but this week I have put a lil more work to PE and I had pretty good sleep in compare to other weeks and guess what I measure today and I see over .25+ gains in length just like that. I hope to see more gains and I wish the same for you guys.

Perhaps hit the 7.8 mark on length and 6.0 on girth. I think it will be a challenge with the length as it has been the couple of years now.

STARTING: BPEL: 5.7 G: 4.65, NOW: BPEL: 7.48 G: 5.7 GOAL L:8.7 G:6.3 (old goal; L:8.0 G: 6.0)

Hey Snowjack, I have the same targets. Hope to achieve another 0.25” in length and 0.15” in girth for the end of 2016 (want a solid 17 cm nbpel). Only on the linear newbie routine from the beginning, 6 months in now. Good luck all!

My goal

My goal is to continue to avoid watching porn and replace it with healthy alternatives, and to also gain .5 inches in length, and .2 inches in girth. Make more money, because having money makes me happy. And also would like to exercise, get amazing abs, smile everyday, manifest more art.

To cement over 8.5” and restore some of the skin I lost.

Start FL: 5.75--FG: 4.5--EL: 8--EG: 5.75--CI: 2.5

Now FL: 6.5--FG: 5.35--EL: 8.25*--EG: 5.75--CI: 2.5

Goal FL: 7-7.5--FG: 5.5-6--EL: 9.25--EG: 6.25--CI: 4.5

Gain 1” of length and .5” of girth and cure myself of phimosis with the help of betamethasone cream and some stretching devices.

Where are the Pesos? There are no Mexican Pesos!!

Right now I’m at just under 6.5” NBEL, 7.6 BPEL, and just under 6”MSEG. Base girth is exactly 6”. I’m 6’4” and I currently weigh 250 lbs. My goals are to get to 7.5” NBPEL, 8” BPEL or maybe a little above. I also would like to lose at least 25 pounds this year. If I can do that, the fat pad will hopefully shrink about a half inch or so. So I’m hoping to get to 7” NBP strictly through weight loss and if I can get another .5” through PE, I will be where I want to be. At my size, 7.5” NBP will look more in proportion to the rest of me and I’d be a happy camper. I’m ok with my current girth and I’m doing pretty much the lengthening routine of Cervix hunter from a few years back, which seems to be working so far.

Gain some girth. Any progress would be great.

First distance yourself from the fungus, this is never good for anyone.
My advice would be after conditioning yourself experiment and see what works for you.
Personally I hated Jelqing of all kinds but love exercises like the squeeze and Ulis. Once your comfortable and feel like progressing with a certain or certain number of exercises then commit and reap the rewards.
Everyone’s different.

Hope everyone here meets their goals for the year! My goal at the moment is being consistent and disciplined. 2 days on, 1 off and no masturbation for a week at a time. Its the consistent and disciplined part that always stops me.

As of February 23, 2017: BPEL: 7.25in MEG: 5.6in

New Goals: Improved EQ; 0.15in of MSEG (Anything else is still pure bonus :) )

Failing twice before succeeding once still equals victory.

Primary goal: easily obtain 6” BPEL laying down and or standing
5.5 EL at least

Jan-26-2016 BPEL: 5.5 NBPEL: 5.2 EG: 4.6 (flacid hang 3.7, flaccid girth 4.2) ROUTINE: Cut down Newbie Routine.

Gains Aug 2016: .5 inch in BPEL / 6.0 BPEL (with good EQ), Girth went up .1cm somehow. RESEARCHING PUMPING AND HANGING TO START ASAP, OFF FOR 2 WEEKS
