The year winds down but…thoughtfulgold has goals too.

I want to get to 9” BPEL, and STAY THERE.

I want to start a Progress Report thread with pictures. That probably will be around my birthday.

I want to start doing How-to videos with devices, starting with the rod style traction device. October unless I get delayed.

I thinK I want to get one more major writeup done, I just don’t know what my topic should be yet. And I want to get one more sticky post.

Other than that, year should end tame.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

*Motivate myself to stay positive
I have a lot of mental issues (no I’m not crazy haha) I just mean a lot of mental barriers I tend to criticize myself and think I can’t do certain things which makes me give up on my goals.
*Lose my belly fat and gain muscle

*Become more consistent on my PE routine (newbie routine)

*Become a better version of myself

We are only as great as we make ourselves out to be. Limits don’t exist if you don’t give a reason. So I will keep motivating myself to think positive and not doubt myself so often.

Safety First

Number One Goal is to not have to go the hospital because of PE.

I have a goal of being in better shape by the end of the year.
Otherwise, my signature says it all.

My goals (pe related)

BPEL of 7.25” with EG 5.1” in a deconditioned state.

Improve my sexual stamina to consistently have PIV sex for more than 10 minutes. Currently it’s very sporadic, 2 out of 10 times I’m done in 5 minutes or less, 6 times out of 10 it’s 5-10 minute, and 2 of 10 times its more than 10 minutes.

I have been doing edging along with reverse kegels and it’s made a major difference, it used to be 6 times out of 10 I’d finish in 5 minutes or less.

Ehh… goals… Well… I’d like to ambitiously hit 7.5” consistently without kegeling. In addition to that, I want to hit 5.6” in girth (about a quarter up). I’m not sure I even want to get bigger than that because I love anal and so does my girl. Maybe 5.7”. I’d also like a flaccid between 6 and 6.5” please. 4.5-5” in girth will do.

In non-PE but still related terms, I’m doing more cardio and working on that beach body. Using my IR lamp on my bad knee in addition to the 3rd leg so I can run more often. I want to be completely independent of porn and other stimulants when deciding when I wanna get it on. Finally I want to keep getting this morning wood I’ve been having until it’s ingrained in my mind to be the standard.


February '16: 173 mm BPEL (6.81") 132 mm MEG (5.20")

November '18: 190 mm BPEL (7.48") 137 mm MEG (5.39")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

My goals by the end of the year;
8” BPEL x 6.2” EG

Be at 165 pounds, lean with less pelvic fat so my penis just stands out so much more!
