What are your 2016 goals?

What are your 2016 goals?

To be successful it helps to set realistic goals and then work diligently but not obsessively every single day to achieve them, not getting discouraged from day to day lack of progress or even setbacks but rather envisioning and believing in the end product.

Guys, what are your goals for 2016 in regards to PE, and life if you want to include that also. Also if you want you can include how you plan to achieve them, but please respect other people's time and keep it concise :) !

I will start off with my goals:

— 1” length gain — primarily to be achieved via hanging and ADS/extending focusing on duration, duration, duration…
— Weight 210 lbs (lean!) — almost daily lifting and exercise. ~200 gram daily protein intake with balanced macro-nutrient intake and carb limits.
— Posting more at Thunders :)
— Daily diligence, positive thinking, balance, and just doing myself and not worrying or comparing myself to the next guy!!!
— I have more but this is good for now!

My goals are:
Continue with foreskin restoration. Achieve 100% fulltime flaccid coverage
Travel more. ( wife finished her degree so we have some more flex now!)
Increase spirituality. Study, ponder and meditate more effectively.
Continue working our way to being debt-free. Eliminate all debt except for mortgage.

2016 PE Goals:
1) Increase BPEL to 7.5”
2 Increase/Maintain EQ to 9-10 range
3) Increase MEG to 5”

2016 Life Goals:
1) Get down to 190 lbs lean. I’m currently 200 lbs with a little bit of fat. (I’m also 6’4”.)
2) Workout a minimum of 5 days per week.
3) Drink alcohol no more than one day a week.
4) Become a better husband.

Originally, I joined this forum expecting to further my PE goals. I’m surprised to see how people here are focused on achieving so much more than that.

I liked reading about how 8x6Dream is also consciously pushing to be a better husband. I’m happy to see it’s not just a few individuals who think this way. Even clgp7, who joined in 2005, seems to still be interested in learning and becoming more spiritual. Amazing that you’re committing yourself to become debt-free, that’s a HUGE weight off your mind/shoulders.

GettinGrown, I like your goal of exercising ‘daily diligence’ in respect to your mindset towards your life.

Starting my journey into PE and doing it right injury free.

Continue to loose bodyfat and to get to a penis size of bpel of 9” and a eg of 6.75-7”.

While maintaining my strength in the gym. And maybe add some muscle size.

My goals are diligence and balance. I have recently included PE into my daily workout routine, hence my goals integrate into that. I will be the best I can mentally and physically be. I will do daily weight training and yoga, will integrate PE into my routine 20 mins a day,

At between 7.5-7.75” BPEL x 5.2” MEG now. For 2016, hoping for the following:

- Erect gain of 0.75-1” (putting me between 8.25-8.75”)
- Girth gain of at least 0.3” (putting me at 5.5” MEG)
- Flaccid gain of 0.5-1” if it comes with the above (putting me at around 5.5-6” measured along the hang, non-pressed)

Also although not technically a PE goal, I’d also like to finally drop the 10-20 pounds I’ve been fighting with the last year or so. Hoping that also gets my fat pad down to 0.5” from 1”, making my NBPEL well above 7”. Also going to try to go out and meet more people/take more chances, since I’ve pretty much spent 2015 single and alone, and don’t want to do that next year too. What good is building a huge penis if you never get to use it :P

Gain some length. Ideally an inch

Life goals:
I have moved 20hours away chasing money and trying to jump start my future so there is plenty that can come of this as long as I stick to my plan
I want to have a good chunk of money in savings by the end of the year
Be more physically fit. I would like to gain 20lbs. My job is very physical and being a small frame guy as it is, it’s hard to gain weight. So any tips feel free to share. I’m currently 5’10” and 160lbs

4/4/15 BPEL-7.25" MSEG-5 3/8" (current)

Goal: NBPEL- 7.5", MSEG- 6"

My Goals are

2016 PE Goals:

1) Increase BPEL to 6.5”

2) Increase MEG to 4.8”

3) Continue to be persistent with PE (Not slack off)

2016 Life Goals:

1) Be more optimistic

2) Find a job

3) Be a better family man

9 inches BP and 6.5 inches girth. Those are really small goals (barely 0.25 inches for both), but hit a few walls this year.


start stats :7.7x5.8 (2014-06-02 ) / Short term goal : 8x6 (achieved on 2014-06-14 and 2014-04-23 respectively)

Mid term goal : 8.5x6.5 (achieved on 2020-06-21 after 6 years break.)

Long term goal : 9x7

Girth gains

I’m a new member and I’m just starting PE. That being said I’m starting at about 8 inches BPEL and a little over 5 in EG (I need to measure soon. Currently getting over Candida fungus :/ ) So in 2016 I’d like to get to the 8x6 NBPEL and EG! If anyone has any advice please let me know!
