What are your 2016 goals?

Reach 6 inches. And 6inches in girth. Get back into acting and boxing

Well, for me it’s stick to my strength work out regime, continue to cut out as much caffeine as I have been doing, and stick to the hydropump throughout the year. Dunno how well that last one is going to work for me, but I can just hope for the best since I’m not left with a lot of free time because of the workout routine. Maybe after I finally get in better shape I can dial it back and have time for a newbie routine.. After I figure out how to integrate it with the pump.

- Laugh more, stress less. Take it one day at a time, enjoy the moment more.
- Take better care of myself - physically, mentally, spiritually.

Current Stats BPEL: 8.2" [NBPEL: 7.6"] EG: 6.8" - Goal: 9x7 and beyond

My Progress Thread/Log

Just a tip that has helped me. You should quantify your goals. For example, let’s say your goal is to get in better shape. You can say you will go to the gym more, but how much time in the gym will help you reach your goal? 4 times per week? If you make a goal, such as, I will go to the gym 208 (4 days per week*52 weeks) times in the year 2016, everyday you have the opportunity to get closer and closer to your goal (Generally I would base numbers off of 48 weeks, to give myself a month of leeway). Choosing a number has lead me to take greater advantage of each day. There are only 365 days in a year, so you need to use them wisely. If you want to gain an inch, how many PE sessions do you think you will need to go through this year to obtain that inch (PE is less predictable, maybe account for possible rest time if you accidentally overtrain)? Learn about a particular subject. How many books will you need to read this year, or hours will you need to dedicate to that subject? I could have worded this better, but I need to get some rest. Highly recommend this. Will be on tomorrow in case anybody needs clarification.

Be a better friend and stranger
Lose 30 lbs (again) and keep it lost

I could go on forever with the goals regarding personal improvement, but let’s keep it realistic.

Get back the half inch I lost in EL after stopping PE 3 years ago, and finally reach 6” EG like my original goal. Gonna start with the newbie routine again and see where it takes me! Good luck everyone!

My pictures

10 inch BPSL, 10 inch in the tube and a 8 inch flaccid. It’s doable, only thing that would keep me from reaching these goals are my lack of discipline.

PE goals this year:

Get to 10.5” erect length and 6.7” girth. That’s 0.4 length increase and 0.3” girth increase and with the routine I’m on at now will be no problem.

Oops; already added 0.25” BPEL…will stick with the EG goal, but gonna go with 0.75” for the new BPEL goal…another 0.5” to 9.5”…crazy…never thought that I’d ever be thinking of making my penis that long…but PE works.
