Hello,

this might be a dumb question, but what is the best PE method? Jelk, Hang, Pump, combo? I’m not looking into getting huge, but an inch and a half would make me happy :)

Different people seem to respond to different methods. Overall, starting with basic jelquing is a excellent starting point.

Start with a basic newbie routine…and don’t make the mistake that more is better!

In many ways it is like strength training. Not enough, you don’t really progress much, too much and you go backwards!

Just the right amount of stimulation combined with the right amount of time off does it….finding that magic number is the trick.

The only other consideration is safety. Keep it always in a reasonable comfort zone and you will never go too far wrong.

I don’t know, I kind of liked my yes answer. They all work the best. If they didn’t no one would still be using them. If you are new then the Newbie Routine is the best. If not, what gets you gains is the best.

Well, I would have to say that hanging, while using an extender of some sort (penimaster, jes extender) would give the best gains in length.

For girth, I would say good ole’ fashioned jelqing and manual squeezes/uli’s, with some constriction work thrown in for good measure. Pumping is fun too.

Do a couple for some time then switch them with different methods then change them again after a while.

Then you will find the methods that work for you, and until then you will hopefully gain some.

Well, I am still a newbie here but I can already tell you that the main ingredients are consistancy and as stated earlier, persistance.

I have gained 0 in length this month but 3/8” in girth from just jelqing and ULIs. Morning and evening, every day. I am real happy with my results.

Just get a routine and stick with it, that is what seems to work.

And remember, this is not just a couple of month thing, it is a lifestyle change, much like a diet or working out with weights. You have to be in it for the long haul..

Jelqing is without a doubt the fastest and quickest way for anyone new to the sport of PE. Gains come in as little as 3 weeks. Of course, you must do it correctly and apply appropriate amount of pressure for the appropriate duration and repeat for the appropriate amount of sets. This forum will explain dozens of variations on this most elementary and effective of procedures.

If jelqing could be sold like Viagra you could buy an island and take a plane full of women (with the airline you just bought) and stay there for the rest of your life (if this is what you want to do; if not, use the billion for something else.like a Penimaster).

I am wondering what the best PE method is for me..

It seems as though I have only gained BPEL length and I have been hanging for ligs-BTC. Is this common, is this how it is supposed to be? To describe it, my skin seems to have raised up my shaft, so when I measure BPEL, it looks like I’m measuring partial skin advancement up the shaft. But if I we’re to just measure my cock itself, where no skin from the scrotum (I guess thats where it’s coming from) is included, my cock hasn’t gained any length. I believe I have gained .5 inches from the BTC stretch/hang but it doesn’t look it. Is this because it is BPEL that increases and not so much NBPEL?

Leading into Upper angle stretching- hanging.will this give me gains that actually make my shaft bigger-and look bigger rather than the base of my erect cock being .5 inch or so hard on that looks like it’s skin from my the top of my scrotum- (beit BPEL increases but no NBPEL increases)

Should I start hanging straight out Or should I stick with BTC?
My bib starter is on it’s way right now-I recently put in my order. I find the PIET and any other hanger uncomfortable for SO hanging so hopefully the bib is comfortable. I have gotten to the point in BTC that it feels more like my fatigue is coming from inside the penis, and penis stress rather than lig fatigue, I can’t tell if it’s the comfort of my current hanger, or that I am not getting any more lig gains and I should hang SO. ANY COMMENTS WOULD BE GREAT!

What you are experiencing is normal when the ligs are extended past penis support use, experiment and see which method feels more productive. I hung SD mostly and it fatigued the tunica nicely and soreness was pronounced all throughout the area.

Just becuase the lig gains have stopped, doen’t mean run away from hitting them, they will be out of the way and other tissues must carry more of the load.
