A few questions from a beginner to extending.
Hello,
I got myself an extender (ProExtender III) last week and immediately did some research on questions that I had. However, after browsing and reading everywhere I could find information, some things still weren’t that clear to me. As I’m rather cautious with my penile health I thought it wiser to ask some things before doing something detrimental its health. I realize these question are about rather basic things, but after a few days of looking around the web I couldn’t find any further info on it.
The first thing I read up on was incorporating an extender into an existing routine, as I already do manual stretches and jelqing. It came up with a lot varying results, some would say do them before, others after, or manual stretches before and jelqing after the extender, etc. So when I first got my extender I tried the 3 aforementioned methods for 4 hours, as the extender’s manual said for beginners, and felt that doing my manual exercises before the extender to be more comfortable. However, can I actually incorporate the two together safely?
My other question is related to the first one, if you can use the two together, and is about rest days. I do my current routine 5 times a week with 2 rest days, however in the extender’s manual it is said (and on several sites as well) that I need to wear the extender daily or at the very least build up to wearing it daily. Could I just keep my 2 rest days and not wear it daily? I prefer having 2 rest days than having none so my penis can rest and recover, if that’s alright within the usage of an extender when trying to gain.
One thing that really caught my eye is this “1000 hour rule(?)” I looked further into this and it is about ±1000 hours to gain an inch. The thing that confused me about this is over what time period is it referring with a thousand hours? 6 months? A year? Due to some things I can only wear an extender for 5 to 6 hours a day at most. But if I were to do that for 5 days I’d still hit those 1000 hours… but over the span of roughly a year, which is fine with me because I’m patient and consistent to something if I put my mind to it.
The last thing I read is that you need to use the extender half an inch to an inch past your erect size to gain. Is this accurate? If so, does it use BPEL or NBPEL for the measurement?
