Extender Routine

I did a lot of searching on the forums, but couldn’t find an Extender routine (I’m using an X4). I know people break up a long session into sets, but since you usually lose circulation in the glans, what is usually the maximum time that you can go for in one set, and how much time should be spaced between sets?

I use Phallosan Forte during the daytime, and at night, I use a heating pad for 10 mins on my penis, I do a bit of stretching, and then put on my X4 Extender for 12 minutes. Right now I’m only doing one set. If anybody could help me out with the above questions, I would appreciate it!

45min-1 hour per set
5-10 minute break for massaging between each set

if you can’t get to 45min-1hour per set you should work on the attachment to your penis and tension you are using until you can manage.

Also, if i’m not mistakes, when you purchase the x4 you get access to a routine that they recommend which is based on clinical trials.


Start : 7 BPEL, 4.8 mseg

Now : 8 BPEL, 5.43 mseg, 8.375 BPFSL

I think with extenders the routine will end up being what you have time for. With many extenders, you are limited to what you can do while wearing it so any “routine”may be tough to manage consistently.

As a general rule for myself, I aim for 3-5 hours daily and only taking a rest day if I’m getting negative pi’s.which doesn’t seem to happen much with extenders IMO

Help Me New Guy Using Pro Extender Traction

How much to extend the flaccid penis in the extender?
My NBPEL is 6.2” and I stretch my penis to 6” NBPFL
Inside the extender.
Should I extend my penis more than my erect length or exactly as erect length or less than that to start the gaining process.
Please help me I’m new. 6hours done within 2 days with 4 breaks and massaging in warm shower.

Its my day 3 and I need help regarding how much to stretch the flaccid penis?

YaWhat ; the thing about extenders is just time and traction. There is no program to follow other than as much time as possible, and with the amount of traction your penis can handle without getting sore, blisters and pain. Do as much as you can each day, and put in rest days if you feel like it or your penis tells you it need a break.
Zilongpro; extend your penis as far as it will go every day. Don’t worry about it being more or less than the erect length, it will eventually ( after some time ) be longer than your erect, but that is a good thing and just show you that gains are on the way.

To both guys - and everyone else too ; be sure to put together the extender in a way that when compressed, the extender is at a length that your glans is almost in front of the cradle ( frontpiece), when the penis is flaccid and stretched, so that the noose is pulling downwards to secure the penis in place, and when releasing the noose will pull forward without trying to pull « through» the glans. In that way you can keep the noose a bit looser and allow for some bloodflow, and you are able to keep longer sessions. I usually keep my extender on for 2-2 1/2 hours per session , but I usually jelq some blood to the glans every 20-30 minutes, and that is possible because I keep the noose loose enough for that. I know it is fun to impress oneself by making the extender as long as possible, ( I know - I used to do that in the beginning, but I found the right way to do it eventually), but that will lead to pain and wanting to stop using it. So what’s the right way? Its my day 3 and I’ve never done any jelq or exercises related to my penis so I’m a big newb.
I only understood how to wear pro extender traction by watching the manual which come with it.
It also has a CD but I don’t have a PC/laptop with me so I need a definite routine. And extension tips.
Can you help me?

On the cd they do not spesify a routine other than to wear it as many hours per day as you can, at a level of traction that is comfortable to you. Every guy is different in what is comfortable. Some get discomfort from the lowest traction, others are fine doing the strongest traction. You should try to get some jelqs in between sets in the extender ( when you have taken the extender off for a little break) and some jelqs at the end, to get the blood flow.

The right way ? I have written a fairly good explanation in my previous post, now it is up to you to try, and if it fails, try again.

Does anyone know what the usual maximum amount of time is that you can wear an Extender during one set before tissue death occurs in the glans? That’s really more of my main concern.

My experience is that I can stay strapped in no longer than an hour. I have also found that the hit to circulation is cumulative throughout the day. This results in my sets incrementally getting shorter before requiring a breather.

Just how it goes for me.

My glans bark at me before I get anywhere near tissue death.

Personally, I wear my extender no more than 45 minutes.
Then I make a little message (2-3 minutes) and I put it back.

Hi DJ- out of curiosity, how many hours do you think you’ve logged in total with your Extender? Have you made most of your gains with just the Extender? And last question, hehe, how many hours do you try for per day/week? Thanks! :D

Studies suggest ~12 hours a day is a waste of time because of diminished returns.

~9 hours is ideal, but you can make consistent gains with as little as 4 hours a day. Any less without another length workout as supplementation and you are better off doing something else for length.

Google search has answers to ALL of the questions you are asking. Also if you look at people progress threads you can usually find out their routines.

ThePi0neer - when you say 4 hours, just to be specific, you mean with a traditional extender like the X4 and not an ADS right? With the Phallosan Forte, I can easily log 10 hour days, but I think it fits more in the category of an ADS, right?

Extender wear time

Low traction devices that only generate 2 - 5 lbs of traction can generally be worn for multiple hours, but it really depends on your level of tissue maturity and conditioning.

Since our LGH Extender uses springs that are rated for 10 lbs of tension under 1” of compression, I recommend only one hour sessions with the maximum tension. You can do two or more one hour sessions per day, but again it just depends on your level of conditioning. Determining individual wear time falls on the user and his ability to recognize fatigue and the subtle sensation of a blister beginning to form. Since that is the one potential negative side effect of a vacuum based system with an extender or a weight hanging device there is a little learning curve. Not difficult if you use a little discretion and don’t try and take short cuts by thinking more is better.
