Extender Veteran Tips Plz
So I’m rebooting my PE journey. Didn’t work out too well the last time. I was very inconsistent but at the sametime extremely overzealous. I feel one of the biggest obstacles I faced is my eagerness to grow. Trying to do too much at once caused me extreme discomfort which ultimately turned me off from the whole process. This time around I plan on peeling it slow. I’m committed to growing but I’m really just not here for the discomfort. I’m gonna be stretching at my minimum for longer periods of time oppose to stretching at my max for shorter. Being comfortable is a big deal for me. With that all being said, to the veterans and those who have gained in this game, what are some tips you can shoot me? I’m really serious about gaining this time around and any advice you could give me is much appreciated. Thanks.
