How to Read & Adjust Rod style Traction Devices (X4/Size Genetics/JES/Similar)

I disagree because what would be the purpose of the threaded rods being so long? Although it is not mentioned in any of the literature, the purpose of the threaded rods/knurled nuts is to allow the tension rods to be extended to increase the tension on the penis. This is very necessary for those of us that are growers. It is impossible for me the stretch my penis sufficiently while getting strapped in for the QEP to be of any value if I couldn’t extend the rods. It takes anywhere for 15-30 minutes for my penis to relax sufficiently to reach my max stretched flaccid length (MSFL). By the time I reach my MSFL my penis has stretched about 2”! If you are not at your MSFL when extending then the extender isn’t doing you any good at all.

How come nobody seems to talk much about using the quick extender pro? Is it because even though it claims to be the best on the market that’s not truly the case?

They are all similar.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

My guess would be because it’s one of the more expensive extenders on the market and not too many people want to spend that kind of money. I have been using the QEP for 8 months (about 500 hours of total extending time) and I have increased my BPEL 1.25” (3.18cm), so it does work!

I recently got the QEP and I find it difficult to push it against my body without causing pain. Is it suppose to be hard to push down? The rods keep getting stuck and I can’t seem to hold them down while trying to stretch my penis to the band/loop while also tightening it.

I have a question. I searched and didn’t come up with an answer. When wearing an extender should it be worn in a manner that allows your penis to stretch downwards or upwards? Or does it even matter ?

Personal preference, which may be influenced by how tight your ligs are in a specific direction.

At page 7 the chapter 18 seems to contradict what everyone here and almost all peer reviewed studies told so far, extender stretching does not stimulate cells growth: http://www.igna ciomoncada.com/ … 11/16099092.pdf

To all the gainers: do you still have after months or even years without using the extender the same length gained?

Tl;dr in this chapter, from a study about the effectiveness of an extender to mitigate the Peyronie curvature, the docs say that fibrotic tissues like Peyronie’s plaque have less cellular memory than more elastic tissues (like ligaments or even tunica albuginea?) so the curvature can be permanently mitigated WHILE it’s not the same case for length increase

I just received my Leluv Slider. Does anybody have any recommendations on how to use this? It does not have springs so it’s rather hard to gauge how much tension is applied.

Sorry if this has already been covered, but do you guys wear your extender with the device and your dick pointing upwards? I just got a Quick Extender Pro and if I’m understanding the directions clearly, that’s how they suggest you wear it. I’m doing that now and it’s pointing right up out of my shorts. Not a huge deal since I work home alone but I don’t remember hearing anyone else talk about that.

Yikes, not sure how I missed that. Thanks!

I just fly by the seat of my pants. I know from experience with the device how much tension I can put on without going numb really fast or losing grip. I can tell by the feeling in my penis, how much play/deflection my penis has (like checking engine belt tension), where the nuts are on the rods, and how much the noose is stretched. I also measured the length of the device: put base on table with rods pointing up then place ruler on table inside base opening and measure to end of rod (regular is 7” and wide is slightly less). I compare the length to my BPEL and BPFSL to see how close the extender can get. With the regular slider, I can get to my BPEL after 30-60 minutes. With the wide slider, I can only get about 0.5” less, but the larger base likely does not dig into my groin so much especially now with the pump seal as padding (see below). You can mark the threads with a marker or just eyeball and feel your way.

If you wanted to get specific tensions, you could get a handheld fish scale and attach it to the cradle with string (to keep the hook well away from your penis). Put on the slider then pull the scale and mark the cradle position on the rods at your desired tension. If you need three hands, you could screw the nuts out to the approximate position then adjust until pulling the scale to your tension causes the slider to loosen. You would need to periodically adjust for growth.

Some info for people looking at this product:
I have regular and wide LeLuv Sliders. The threads on the regular are too close to my penis causing pinching and threatening to cut me. The wide’s base is very uncomfortable (the size increase should have been mostly left-right rather than equally enlarged up-down), but it is much safer to use. An old pump seal split on the inner opening, so I cut out the inside large enough to pull my penis through and put it on the base of the wide slider. The base no longer hurts.

For reference, at time of the above experiences: BPEL 7”, BPFSL 7.5”, and MEG 5.25+”.

LeLuv offers extra rods for a spring slider, but I do not see such a sprung extender for sale or even spring rods to add to a regular slider.

I have been considering cutting back duration or quitting all together the LeLuv Slider even though I just bought a new wide deluxe a few months ago. I have too much issue with it diminishing circulation that I worry it could be causing harm. I was fine when I was only doing 1.5 hours, but I feel a little odd after a few weeks of 4 hour sessions (both durations are totals after subtracting breaks). I do a session with the extender followed by the Phallosan Forte because I cannot spend a lot of time in either device in a day.

Can anyone help me with instructions

I bought this extender with no instructions. Please help me out or point me in the right direction.
