How to Read & Adjust Rod style Traction Devices (X4/Size Genetics/JES/Similar)

The answer is poorly. My experience is likely 9 years ago but when I broke my X4 they were quite nasty and took their time sending the replacement piston I needed. The device worked well. The customer service left something to be desired.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

When I purchased the X4 I received a discount code towards an additional purchase, but there was no way to use it on the regular website. I used the contact form and it took 2 days for them to respond but then they provided me with a link to another website for existing customers in which I was able to use the discount code. FWIW

Still haven’t hear anything from them. If they don’t care to make a sale I’m not going to spend my hard earned money with them.

If you’re looking to buy a Spring based rod extender I can cut a nice deal and I have one pretty much new with TONS of extra parts.

PM sent

I’m using 4X now and just starting to see results. I like the product, but I too tried contacting them with a few questions and got no response.

Dead on. It’ll be tricky to hit that maximum at first if you have not before. I suggest trying it once, after notating your current setup so you can go back to it. Trying it once will give you an idea of what is ahead. Do it for 10-15 minutes and then go back to what you’re doing. It’ll give you knowledge and help you understand what I’m saying for yourself.

You’re welcome. Progress in your own time. Understanding comes with experience and trial and effort. The goal line for everyone is adjusted accordingly.

Thoughtfulgold, it’s a major help that you’re doing here. My Penimaster Pro has been collecting dust as I thought not much users in this forum. Guess, your explanation precisely applies to all modalities of extenders too.

Getting to my problem, I am able to stretch up to maximum stretchable length (as suggested by the manufacturers). Once I hook the vac piece up, all the bars are fully covered (max tension). Wonder if I should unscrew the bars down to a mid-level tension and maintain from there or just stretch in maximum tension (all bars covered)?

What is your problem?

If you’re at maximum tension is it uncomfortable? If so, reduce it. Tension over time will help at any level. What exactly are you seeking?

Sorry, forgot to mention my problem in the first place! I noted some reduction in erect length. That’s why I was wondering if I should reduce the tension.

That sounds like a tug back response. You should definitely reduce the tension, consider adding heat and doing some stretching prior to strapping into the extender. Those things will loosen you up and give you a better chance to reach full stretch. Tension over time will work but it works better when you can fully elongate yourself.

Tug back happens when too much tension is applied or when tension is applied for too long or both of those. You may need to take a week off and let your penis recover from the tug back response if you’ve been experiencing it for an extended period of time.

I have to concur with this. thoughtfulgold pointed this out to me and it allowed me to identify patterns in which the tug back response was triggered and gives an indication of the level of tension and session duration that the tissues are able to handle. It’s another useful qualitative measure to keep an eye out for. Don’t be discouraged by it though, it just means that you have to back off the tension some and get the session duration up for a time until the tissues have accommodated enough to handle the higher tension.

Also I wouldn’t be hard on yourself, for one we have a propensity to push and so we speak of temperance which is certainly a good thing to work on in any venue and secondly the “sweetspot” that we’re aiming for has very tight parameters, I shit you not. Today at the end of the second session I added 8% tension to the one side and that was too much, the noose slipped immediately after holding for an hour.

Thanks to both thoughtfulgold and Buckfever, I managed to get the concept of “tug back response”. No wonder I never felt acclimatized to the tension I’m using. To be honest, I used to skip both heating and manual stretch as I was just too lazy. Think I’ll start manual stretches again and decide on a good way of heating. Currently, I have started pumping and noted the total length in pump (by 3-4 Hg) is at least +1”. Decided to put these to use by strapping into the extender just after pumping. Had to see how this works.

Also, I think I will have to dial back the tension to half way and then gradually increasing to full tension. This is offcourse after a week’s rest as suggested by thoughtfulgold.

I have logged over 650 hours in my extender over the past 2 and a half months. My issue is I followed the directions starting with extending below my BPEL - 1.5 inches. I extend down. During this time the extender fit perfectly but no matter how much I turned the screws out I would not see any tension (all 3 tension lines showing). Fast forward to today. I am now extending at my BPEL, I have no problems getting into the extender and with no head slipping out or pulling back. Now when I turn the tension screws I still do not get any tension. All 3 tension lines still show. If I completely turn the screws out past a half inch I start to experience head slippage. I have not seen any gains and how can I get tension to show? I can’t add anymore bars because the extender would then be too long. It seems like my unit is very elastic and also the top of my left CC feels like a tough fibers (cord) running along the top side of it. Any help is appreciated.

Is it possible to gain with no tension at all, but still fully stretched in the extender?

Adding Tension

Dial the tension screws back in, add a small bar. Dial tension screws back out. If still no tension, remove 1/8” bar, add 1/4” and repeat. Still no tension, add back 1/8” to 1/4” and dial tension screws.

It is tedious but can be calibrated. Also, read the thread replies. Much similar has been touched on already.
