If you are using the Noose attachment numbness is going to be something you have to learn a way to get around. I have tried toilet paper and other cushions and The Noose attachment just is hard to get used to. I was never able to use the Comfort strap that effectively but from my understanding it is a great option.

I doubt that you have the tension cranks too high and that this is why you’re going numb. I do not know what your settings are but I know that the Noose attachment by itself can make you go numb with no tension if applied too tightly.

I’m not sure what to recommend other than trying to comfort strap. I don’t have a really good idea of exactly why you’re going numb.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Good tip actually. I know I couldn’t find any when I was taking these pictures, I wanted to add it in the original post.

This has also another good use, i was using the larger rod and was having issues attaching the head while pressing it against my body.

So I changed to a rod half it’s size and the other half I cut a piece of pencil, this way I can attach the head easily and only then I attach the rods in it.

Don’t know if I made it clear but this way is so much easier!

Make sure you find a pencil that will fit slightly TIGHT inside the plastic head hole, or else it’s gonna fall off everytime you assemble/disassemble the device.

Whenever you need to remove the pencil you simply drill a small hole in it and then screw a tail-spin and pull it

I feel less tug back of the penis while extended, compared to when I started. Did you have such changes too?

Also, not sure if this was covered yet, but before you tighten your strap make sure you give a slight tug at the base of your cock located right in front of the base of the extender (strap side). The goal here is to pull any excess skin through the base of the extender, this should be done as you are pushing the extender against your pubic bone. This will allow you to extend just slightly further, you will be able to feel the difference if you are already not doing this. You can also give a slight pull again after you have strapped in right before adjusting the extender to again make sure all skin has been moved forward. This is a subtle nuance that helped me. I am not sure if it is something unique to me, so let me know if it makes sense or provides any value.

Hey LE thanks for the advice, I was already doing that due to tight skin caused by circumcision surgery.

I found that numbness is an issue with either the noose or strap. The reality is that in order to get a sufficient grip, whatever you use is going to be tight enough to impair circulation.

It’ been suggested that if that’s an issue, you do shorter durations with periods of rest.

I also am finding that my penis gets more accommodating of extender use over time. Not sure if I just get better at putting it on or what.

For sure, try different wrapping mateials. I’ve been having pretty decent success with “Rescue Tape” which is a silicone tape without adhesive. It sticks to itself and skin pretty well, can be used several times, can be washed, and is pretty cheap.

I am currently adjusting to an increased extender length and overall tension. I am rarely able to go over a 30 minute duration. As I acclimate I might be able to get 45 minutes to and hour, but even then as circulation is continuously impeded my sessions will still typically begin to drop to 30 minute cycles towards the end of the day.

I use the X4 with a strap, extender life is a grind and not for the faint of heart.

Here are my in and out cycles for today. I’m going to get one more 30 minute cycle in before I hang it up for the day.

About four hours for today, that’s a good day for me.

Yes. It happened towards the 6th or 7th month. The loss of tug back followed flaccid gains. The most significant start of them.

Just curious because I increased 1/2” bar length and after 200h I’m still not used to it.

It would take me around a month. Which, if I was going around 20 hours weekly was probably in the 80-100 range. But…I added length slowly once I figured out how to use tension. And used only around 1000 to 1200 grams. If you’re running higher tension levels, by reading your tension scales at the base of your rods, you’ll have Hell with it.

Hi, I have a question regarding using the extender:

1. The edge/coronal ridge of the penis head “bends” due to the tension. This results to having “very sensitive” to touch glans after I remove the extender. How do you avoid the bending?

2. I mentioned on my other thread that I work and live alone. So I don’t wear any pants at home when I wear my extender. I notice that after I set the tension then leave it straight down, let’s say I set it on the first line of the bar, then after 5 mins, the line somehow retracts. Is it better to readjust it to the desired line of the bar when I see it retracts back or should I just ignore it?

3. Can somehow give the tensions per bar line on a size genetics extender? I asked their online chat but the representative don’t know the answer.

Generally by using less tension or extender length. The greater force you exert with these, the more bending you’ll experience.

Ignore it. This is your penis adapting to the length you’re asking it to reach. Repeated adjustment will dislodge the device and make use of it frustrating.

All you need is the total spring force that they are rated for and divide by three.

Size Genetics used to be 1500 or 1800 grams r total. They all were around 10 years ago. But take it at 1500

1st line- 500
2nd line- 1000
3rd line (fully compressed)- 1500

Apply it to the weight you know the springs to be. That is just an example because different makes of extender use different springs as do different models of the same make.

Thanks for your reply. Just a follow up question:
1. Is this a good and achievable plan (for 4-8 hours per day 5-6 days a week):
First month: 900g of tension
Second month: 1050g tension
Third month: 1200g tension
Fourth month: 1350g tension
Fifth month: 1500g tension
Sixth month: 1650g tension

2. Why is it I see on other threads that others “consider” gaining when they add additional bars to the extender when in fact it should be the tension that matters? For example, is 16cm bar length with 1500g tension is the same as 18cm bar length with 1500g tension?

3. Have you tried checking size genetics or your x4 labs penis extender tension via actual weighing scale? Is it that accurate?
