Is it true that you have to remove the extender as soon as your glans is cold ? I read that in a health website.
Mine is getting darker and cold very fast so.. :D That’s why I am asking. Does that mean I extend too much ? I don’t think so, nothing INSANE.

As soon as I remove the extender, my penis shrinks back to it’s normal flaccid size and the glans’ color comes back after 2 minutes.

Good and bad Pis are also applied in an extender therapy.
Extenders manufactures and some ppl think that the more hours the more gains… but the truth is a lot different.The dick can get overtrained with an extender as with any kind of PE exercise.
If your dick at a certain condition point can take 3h of extending and the Pis are great…but when you add 1 more h and the Pis are going shitty… then you will not gain much and you may not gain anything.(happened to me too)
You have to follow your good Pis and adjust accordingly.
Start with 2on/1off frequency and later on if u have good Pis go to 3on/1off-2on/1off . Stay there for some weeks and if you still have good Pis go to 3on/1on.
The 3on/1off frequency means that you are taking 1-2 rest days in the week. Yes extending also needs rest days.
Make sure ALL of your extending journey is super comfy… IF you find yourself at some point struggling from discomfort in order to reach your daily vol goal… then either you are using bigger intensity than u should…either bigger Vol than u should….either both. This is NOT good.
After every session your dick have to be longer-thicker-softer than your original size.
If your dick after the sessions is becoming turtled… back it up imediately!

Every dick is different in the matter of stress that is able to take and maintain good Pis.

Work your way to get conditioned first.
In the begining you may need to do 30 mins sets, in order for the glans to be conditioned under hypoxia (lack of oxygen from being strapped).
Latter on you will be able to do 90 mins sets… but you have to work slowly to get there.
Take at least 30 mins break between your sets.

Do not care to reach a certain total hour of wearing time (like 1000h).
Care everyday to be productive (good Pis) and not counter(bad Pis).

I did 260h in 400-600 grams 4/day 5days/week and I gained 0,5cm EL.
Then I upped the tension and the vol and for the next 1100h I gained nothing. I wasted 1 year without gains simply because I was not paying attention to my Pis.
At the 260h perfect Pis… Huge-soft flaccid with increadible libido and EQ and the gains happened in the EL.
At the next 1100h all of Pis went down and zero EL gains.

I think i may have misunderstood the tension thing then. So we add the tension grams per marks COVERED ? Mine has always been showing the 5 tension marks. Does this mean i didn’t have enough tension ?

What I was doing at the moment, is beginning with the screws at the bottom, which gives me a slight stretch and after 1 hour i was turning the screws a bit every 10 minutes until they are at the maximum level ( i was not really checking tension marks).

Yes, definitely. Add rods until when the tension screws are a fully retracted, you show 5 lines in the measurement rod. Then you can increase tension with the screws to where you want it

Now the PM straps are the widest and the softest(best comfort and safety) of every extender strap so after lets say 400h it gets ripped at the place of the strap teeth.
The SG and male edge straps(same straps) are a lot harder material so it gets ripped very hard but they don t provide the so comfortable feeling as the PM straps.

I ll say if you take good care of them they will last around 400h each.

Just wanted to say that I have done 157 hours of penimaster so far, and I’m already at my third strap.. The first one got ripped like you said at the place of the teeth after ~100hours (so still really far from the 400h expected). The 2nd got ripped avec 57 hours and now I start using the 3rd one.

I take care of all the materials very much. My penis is not very thick (4,8 inches circumference, erect, but I guess it’s pretty standard), so I have to hold it at the 6th teeth on each side FWIW.

If someone knows how to make them last longer ? Because yeah, I have to force a bit to hold my penis tightly, but I guess it’s the normal use. I feel like it gets ripped extremely fast. At this rythm, I will need 2 straps per month.

If you are damaging the pm straps so fast, then order a strap from the male edge extender site .

Its thinner and harder and lasts forever.

But it doesn’t have the same comfort as the pm strap.

You sure it’s compatible with the penimaster ?

Hopefully I can understand why it gets ripped so fast with me.Strangely, it always gets damaged on the right side first. The comfort band tends to enter the “hole” and gets stucked between the hole and the strap, not sure if I am clear enough. Maybe the strap has to force too much and gets ripped..

You said you don’t like the comfort bands, I tried without and it’s worst, the skin is slipping between the hole and the strap. With what do you replace it ?

Anyway I have to figure out something because I destroy too many straps
