As I recall mbuc got ~0.1” every 30 hours by going static - I think I can say that the bungy seems to give ~0.1” every 50 hours. On the upside, it is more stealthy.

I busted my seal again last week - they age and tear along the edges, then they completely give up within a day or two. Seems that 5-8 weeks is what a dishglove finger will hold.

I was thinking of mbuc’s comment about BPFSL and BPEL (here: mbuc - Penimaster SuckXtender)

At jesextender.dk (and similar size) there is a size calculator, I assume they are referring to erect length. According to the calculator, if you start out with 7.1 inches, the first two months will give you an increase of 12% and the following months (up to 6 months, that’s as far as I bothered) 4% per month, under the condition that you use it 7 days a week for 12 hours per day - that’s about 360 hours per month.

After about 150 hours mbuc has gained 0.1” EL, or ~1,5% for about 40% of the time specified as a monthly dose. If we extrapolate these figures, after a monthly dose he will have gained roughly 3,5%, or slightly less than what the size calculator gives as a monthly average. I’m guessing that the 6-7% per month that is given for the first two months includes regaining “adolescent” size, or newbie gains if you wish. Both mbuc and I were past that phase when we started this, so I have no illusions of swift early gains.

Anyway, at 150 hours after 4 months, mbuc will have gained ~0.3” after a year if the size calculator is correct. Doesn’t sound like much, does it? What speaks against this is of course the fact that the BPFSL keeps increasing at an even pace, and as mbuc pointed out, if EL doesn’t follow then at one stage he will have a huge flaccid that shrinks when erect…

RTG was using his SuckXtender as a complement to his jelquing and orange bends, and he was really excited at one point, but has not posted any updates lately. I wonder if stretchers are best used as a complement to a manual / hanging / pumping routine, if use of stretchers alone is just too darn slow?

MrDick just published a link to a 6-month study of 24 males using the Phallosan (noose style bungee) extender, it seems quite exhaustive (http://www.phal losan.com/globa … df/bericht3.pdf ). The only thing I couldn’t find was hours daily average versus gain, they seem to bundle those numbers together, which is too bad since the users had varying hours daily from 2 - 10 hrs, 6 being the average. Average gains after 6 months were for EL 8,4%, for EG 5,3% and for FL 7,1%. In absolute numbers the average increase in cm, EL increased 1,78 cm (0.7"), EG 0,8 cm (0.31") and FL 1,47 cm (0.58").

At an average of 6 hours daily for 6 months they are hitting almost 1100 hrs, resulting in 0.7", or approximately 160 hrs per 0.1" increase in EL.

This corresponds roughly to mbuc’s 0.1" per 150 hrs, but this is all based on various averages.

When you stretch out in the suckxtender do you stretch further than your current BPFSL? Or do you fall short of that length? I’m having trouble with my seal every time I get to my BPFSL max and over.

mrdstein just posted a quick translation here:mrdstein - I measured my penis last week and it turns out that the study did not measure erect length, but flaccid stretched length.

This means that they where getting an average of 0.1" per 160 hrs of use of the phallosan. The results that mbuc and I have had would seem to suggest that the SuckXtender / LegXtender devices are more effective, or that the difficulty in dissecting the averages from the study gives a flawed comparison. One theory that I might propose is that the noose doesn’t allow a good proper pull. This weekend I rummaged through my tackle box and pulled out my old fishscale (the De-Liar) and checked how heavy the pull really is. I have replaced the dishglove rubber band with a camping bungee cord and so I attached the scale’s hook to the bungee - I can then see how far it is extended and judge from attachment on my knee to see how hard the pull is when attached. It felt as if there wasn’t really much difference in sensation between 4 and 8 pounds. Anyway, I once read that the Penimaster and the JES have a max pull of approximately 2 pounds. With my own early experiment with a noose contraption I was not able to get a lot of pull before it became too damn painful. So the apparent difference in effectiveness could possibly be attributed to the vacuum device allowing heavier pull.

I don’t think I would quite get to my measured BPFSL when wearing the suckX because I stretch as hard as I can when making the BPFSL measurement. But I don’t think it will be much less.

The good intentions of increasing the hours over the last 2/3 weeks were totally ignored and I ended up having a two week break. I am going to make a real effort to put some serious hours in for the next 3 weeks.

Mgus, interesting stuff about those various reports of hours v. gains. I must get some enthusiasm back and start wearing the suckX stretcher for some decent hours per week. At some stage in the next few months I am determined to wear it for 20+hrs per week for several weeks. I think that would produce some interesting results.

PS the 4 to 8lb tension you measured ties in with the sort of tension I suspect I am using with the stretcher.

I just checked with the scale yesterday while sitting down and standing up. Figured I had about 2-3 pounds sitting down and about 3 when standing, bouncing up to 4 when walking. So I tightened the bungee a bit to where it should be about 4 pounds sitting down, and got big lymph buildup after 1½ hours…

I’ll try to get some more hours in this week.

Got in some relatively long hours last two weeks, getting used to the stretchy feeling. Some of the “achy” feeling in the base of the shaft has diminished - I guess it’s time to shorten the bungee a bit.

This is getting frustrating. I’m gonna throw in some morning stretches á la Mem’s Momentuous workout and the odd jelq session as well.

The main progress is that I’m transforming from grower to shower (which is worth a lot, admittedly).

So do you think one could wear the sucker all night without serious problems?

No, I think it is downright stupid to wear a contraption when you are asleep. I cannot advice against nightime use strongly enough.

If you read the thread you’ll see that lymph buildup occurs over time. This is probably best avoided; Sparkyx has experienced problems when overusing his rig.
