Hello all. I’m considering using an extender in the future. I’m just worried that my small girth will be a problem. I’m at 4” erect but my flaccid girth fluctuates considerably. Are there any products that have been shown safe and effective for smaller girths? Thanks!

X4 Labs used to make a mini-extender. I don’t know if they have updated or removed it from their product line but I am positive one of the associates there would be happy to give you details.
