Getting a bit discouraged with hanging
So I’ve been hanging around 6 months now with absolutely no change.
I’m not even increasing if BPFSL for which I know occurs first, and then you get enlargement in the erect length.
I’ve been hanging around 10-12 hours per week and have slowly increased to 15 pounds. I feel the fatigue in the 1st or 2nd set and I ride the fatigue as much as I can until slowly decreasing. I do SD and BTC.
I’m not sure what else I can really do. I cannot go above 15lbs since I’m feeling the fatigue. I guess I can do a little more sets, but I’m pretty fatigued after a total of around 1.5-2 hours per day.
