Getting a bit discouraged with hanging

So I’ve been hanging around 6 months now with absolutely no change.
I’m not even increasing if BPFSL for which I know occurs first, and then you get enlargement in the erect length.
I’ve been hanging around 10-12 hours per week and have slowly increased to 15 pounds. I feel the fatigue in the 1st or 2nd set and I ride the fatigue as much as I can until slowly decreasing. I do SD and BTC.

I’m not sure what else I can really do. I cannot go above 15lbs since I’m feeling the fatigue. I guess I can do a little more sets, but I’m pretty fatigued after a total of around 1.5-2 hours per day.

Are you using heat? Also try fulcrum hanging but lower weight.

Been using the bib hanger. I thought the fulcrum was only after you have maxed out SD and and BTC.

Are there people that only start to gain at like 20lbs+? I guess that’s my main question

The whole maxing out your gains on your ligs is rubbish imo. I can’t get anything out of those angles because my septum takes the load not my tunica or ligs. Heating the septum and fulcrum hanging is maybe what you need to give gains, it’s possible you will never get gains at the btc and SD angles. You could check out the ultrasound threads for more of an explanation. I would look into IRL and ultrasound.

Also no to the high weight, it’s not the answer. I get more from 4kg and heating the hell out of my penis than I ever did at 20lbs+.

Sounds like heavy weight doesn’t work for you. It never did me. I wear 1lb of shaft collars 8 hours a day everyday. No breaks. That got the ball rolling and now I do a single 30 min session with 6lbs before I put on the collars. Find what works FOR YOU. One thing about this site, what works for one man doesn’t necessarily work for another.

This is what i would do…
While using heat stand up and do slow swings with the weight. As you keep doing a rotating swinging feel out how your root and ligs are feeling. I would try this out for atleast a month. Just start gently swinging the weight in a circular motion….gently.

Any update on if you were able to get some gains?
