To anyone that hangs and has made gains:

What is the best way to rotate the angles you hang at?

I switch angles once a week and hang until I’m fatigued (not to injury)

In other words, one week I’ll do btc hanging, the next straight up, then straight down, then otl one way, then the other

Anyone had success with any kind of routine like this? Should I concentrate on one angle for more than a week?

Anyone that only hangs one angle and makes gains?

Good question. I am wondering the same. Did you have any success finding a routine where you switched up the angles regularly?

I do mostly straight down stretching, as it also acts on the ligaments. Eventually, added some OTL stretching while watching TV, or after a piss.

Since I started using a vac hanger I only do SO with a pulley system under my desk. It is easier to get my heat pad on my dick with this angle. I did BTC when using a compression hanger a while ago but didn’t blike compression hanging so stopped that
