For me it seems that my BPEL gains trail my BPFSL gains. Perhaps with maximum blood flow and hormones it can get close to the same. But that is just a guess based on no research.

So treat it like you would if I was just spouting garbage, drunk in a bar.

Personally, I don’t think it is worth spending time focusing on getting BPFSL to be the same as BPEL. That time should be spent gaining. If you do the work you should see both measurements increasing.

Unfortunately the only result achieved with hanging for 6 month is stretched skin :(

Hello PE experts and novices. I’ve been doing PE for a few years now, off and on with not much permanent gain but an overall healthier penis. I’ve used JP’s beginner routine very consistently with a little edging and uli’s too.

Now, I’d like to plan out a more stringent course to max gains. My plan was to hang 3-4 days a week with my jelq days in between, but from my understanding it’s more practical to just hang 5-7 days a week. I’ve started hanging every other day with 5lbs for 3x20mins, but my major concern is too much weight and too much rest will result in short+strong.
-To max length before I focus on girth down the road, should I transition to 5-7 days of hanging, with [maybe] 5lbs still, at about 4x20min sets, and then progress from there? 5lbs generates noticeable fatigue, but not pain or the chance of injury, but from my reading it seems like lower may still be better.

My goal is to gain around 2” length then go max girth and overall health, while still supplementing occasional hanging once I’ve reached goal.

Any help and advice is greatly appreciated. Hopefully it is noticeable that I’ve read most of the thread from my questions above.

It is noticeable that you’ve been doing some research and thinking. As you have done quite a bit of PE and will know how your penis responds better than we will know - how easily it fatigues, how quickly it recovers etc., and as you seem to have an intelligent approach, my suggestion would be that you work on instinct and try the things you have suggested. If they feel ‘right’ stick with them. You may try a lower weight and feel it just doesn’t do anything for you, in which case you have answered your own question etc.. Your thought processes are definitely on the right track.

I appreciate the response. Another thread that you posted in motivated me to get a heat lamp and now I turn to jelly during jelqs, and it’s noticeably more effective. Anyway, I think I’ll just put more time into hanging for at least 3 months and see how the progress comes. I think it will be better to commit to one goal at a time.

I know this is not going to make any sense but here it goes. It seems that my BPFSL has increased lately. But it so has the area around the base of my penis. I have lost a few pounds recently. But now when I stretch my penis it seems that the base area is stretching more then it used to. I know that some of this can be contributed to stretched foreskin but still. And I maybe seeing some growth in BPEL but its still too early to tell. And I agree with phantomakk here. My foresking is growing faster than everything else. What am I doing wrong?

My routine is hanging for 3 sets of 20 minutes everyday. With a 5 pound weight. No heat applied before or after. And I am hanging mostly in a sitting position.

I just received my hanger yesterday, well sorta, I was at work. I was wondering how is a BPFSL possible? I thought this was only w/ extenders? I’ve heard these hangers works wonders on flaccid lengths? Is this true? If so, how long does it take, and at what weight?

I didnt know you needed a device to measure BPFSL. I usually stretch my penis as far as I can and place a ruler to my pubic bone and try to figure out the length or growth if there is any. I don’t know if it counts as a miracle but when I am at home sitting in a chair and relaxing in my pyjamas I can see that my penis hangs further than it used to. However I do not see the same effect in the gym while changing my clothes. I weard boxer briefs all day and they are constrictive. Add to that my huge turtling issue and I am back to where I started. But like I said it might be just me because of my turtling issue. You would think I have a micropenis but when erect its almost 6 inches. And on some good days maybe even more. So yes perhaps in a natural state my flaccid length has improved. But I care more about my erect length. If I get any results with hanging in terms of erect length, I will then focus on pumping for girth. I asked before on the forum whether I should hang and pump concurrently. And I was told it would be detrimental and they would cancel each other out.

And yes its a marathon. As the seasoned penis enlargement veterans will agree.

Tunica gains

I’ve been hanging for about a year now and have seemed to of exhausted my ligament gains so now I’m hanging straight up and over the shoulder to work on my tunica but I don’t seem to be making any progress.

I was up to 17 lb. When I switched from ligament work to tunica work and I have since worked up to 22 lb. But I ain’t gaining anything. I know that the tunica required far more weight than the ligaments to expand/stretch but precisely how much I don’t and I can’t seem to find a clear answer.

For those of you with experience in tunica work at what weight did you begin to notice progress?

I’ve done my fourth day of hanging with 2.5kg approx 5-6lb 5x 20 minute sets, but I am yet to feel fatigue, will I gain?

you should post this question at the Bib forum, even if you arent using a bib he will help you. How was you experience/routine/gains with the ligs work?

I am not a hanger but that weight is pretty low yet to see anything changing or feelign anything. I can stretch my dick with all my strengh and I dont feel much…. specially downwards
