I’m thinking of doing ADS with a hanger, though may want to ease into it with doing some stretching with a thermoband to a belt around my leg. I’m new to all this and researching threads about all this.
My concern is…
How do you hang for around 2 hours, or even longer? Where do you get the time, and can you still do work sitting down in these hanging positions etc.?
I’m on a decon break for at least 6 days now as I seem to have lost a bit of my erection length. I wonder if doing ADS is a good thing to do right now, or if I should decon for longer. If I decon for longer I wonder if ADS will work. As I worry that I have had some damage to my penis that has stopped me from gaining length increases.
Would I still need to heat my penis before hanging, or inbetween hanging?
I need to change my PE routine as I haven’t had gains for a whole year and only gained 1/4 erect length anyway. I’m trying to find the best routine for me and I’m not sure how to go about hanging, as I have a large girth too (though because of this it seems that ADS is the best thing to do)
Any help would be appreciated. I am kinda lost and looking at doing different things here. Thank you all.
