Its encouraging to know these products do work! I’m rather concerned myself though, (as I don’t have a stretcher or hanger. I’m using a homemade system from a work lanyard and a jug of distilled water.) is it bad if you see results in the first week? Already I’ve gained a flaccid inch, (From 4 to 5 in.) and my girth went up a half inch. (4.5 to 5 in.) I also haven’t noticed much turtling lately. Should I be concerned?

Also, I’m circumcised but I still have a good bit of foreskin. Should I pull that back or forward to hang?

Don’t worry, everything you described is perfectly normal.
It happened to me as well when I started PE.
As long as you’re not noticing any kind of numbness or sharp pain you’re fine :D

I was wondering will this effectively help me with length or do I have to make adjustments to my homemade hanger

If you are pulling skin more than root, you need a better attachment method. I use a hose clamp pipe coupling.

Purple head bad?

So I have been hanging for like 1.5 months now and no real gains yet. I am up to 12.5 pounds right now as really anything under 7 pounds didn’t feel like much.

What I am wondering though is it normal to have a purple like head and frenulum part after your hang? It usually goes away within

I try to squeeze the blood out of my glands, but like 5 min into the hang I feel with my hand and feel my head it bloated and thinking it must be filled with blood. Also like after 7-12 min my head is usually a little cold. I do wrap 3/4 behind my circumcision mark. I wrap with theraband and also a t-shirt on top

I am just a little concerned and wondering if I need to make any adjustments. Also hoping to make some gains soon

Also wondering if this would be considered BTC at all when sitting down with feet out in front? ( See attached pics)

O ok, I just posted here because I thought I seen some other pics in this thread?

I have a question about maximizing ligament gains. I’ve seen a lot of talk about the need to maximize ligament gains before moving on to other angles. How would I know if I’ve maximized ligament gains? What signs are there that ligament gains are maximized?

Another question I have is how long do you usually remain hanging at a particular angle before moving to another?

One more question, I’ve tried hanging at SO and SU angles. Should I hang one set SD before hanging at other angles? Or should I only hang at the target angle?

Recently went up to 15lbs hanging BTC. The underside of the middle section of my shaft turns dark/purple, goes away after awhile. Never did that before.

Any ideas?
