I have a question about maxing out lig gains.
Is this something you do once and then move on? Or is it something you do and then move onto another angle, then come back to angles that target lig gains?
For example, I’m currently hanging 5 sets BTC with a max weight of 10lbs. I feel like I may have hit a plateau. Recently I did about 2-3 weeks of hanging OTL (left leg) and noticed gains. Then after that I returned to BTC and noticed more gains.
My penis is also shaped differently such that hanging BTC emphasizes more the left side of my shaft (ligs too of course). And hanging OTL (left) emphasizes the right shaft and also bottom shaft.
My proposed plan is to alternate between hanging for 2-4 weeks at BTC and OTL (left) angles. I’ve heard this is the seesaw effect?
Any advice is appreciated! I just recently bought a Bib hanger and tried it for the first time. I started with a homemade Captain’s Wench.
