How much weight to begin hanging?

How much weight to begin hanging?

I have been using a penis extension device for nearly four months and I plan to finish the six month period with that device. However, I know there is a lot of tension that I am using daily for 10-12 hours a day at 6.6 lbs tension. Would this also be a good starting point in a couple of months? I have been reading through the hanging with fire thread and I have purchased everything I need to start that route. I have had great newbie gains and want to continue the journey to see if 8.5”-9” is possible. Also, would it make sense to use my penis extension devise as an all day stretcher after my workout? Not for 10-12 hours, but just to cement the gains and prevent turtling after a weight session.

I also want to say I have been lucky to find this group - I actually found it after buying my extension device, but it is so great to see a forum to share information, thoughts, and suggestions with like-minded men. I think I have made great improvement so far predominately because I had Peyronie’s disease that caused a significant loss in length and girth about 10 years ago. I was afraid to go to the doctor, but I had turned a nice shaft into a pencil dick. I was 8” before and lived with this problem for many years. No curvature from the disease, but I still have a relatives small girth that I am also hoping to enhance over time. I am retired military and work for myself so it is relatively easy for me to focus on this effort as necessary. To boot, my wife is very supportive!

Are you planning to take a break and start back hanging using FIR heating pad?

If so then start light, maybe around 2lbs or below to see how that feels. Also see how it affects your pre and post bpfsl. Then take it from there.

Most people that use the above approach then allow the penis to rest until the next session. So there would be no extending. Though, with all PE, you have to see what works for your penis so you may need to adopt the approaches you are reading about

Bib recommended two pounds/one kilogram several times. When you’re starting off you need to get comfortable with wrapping, squeezing the blood out of the glans, positioning the hanger, adjusting the hanger if necessary, etc. Plus you really need at least one extra hand until you figure everything out.

With all that to handle, just getting a comfortable wrap and adjustment so it won’t slide are enough to worry about. A few days or a week at one, two, or three pounds isn’t going to affect your gains any, and what you learn can prevent much discomfort later.

Thanks for an advice - I’ll plan to take it slow and learn along the way.

Thanks much - a lot to learn beforehand. I do have some time and will read through all of the threads. I’ll definitely start slow and find the technique that works best for me.

Thanks for the material; I have skimmed through it but I’ll have a lot of time before I begin to parse through more of the details.

I will plan to take a deconditioning break prior to starting hanging; but I won’t start until by 6 months with my extender ~ April 2023. It will be a good break to see the gains so far and see if they maintain during a deconditioning period.

I started wit 2 lbs just get used to my afb etc.

But I also very rogorously stretched 3 times.a.day for a min 10 min each session for 3 months prior to trying my afb.

Based on the calculator from kyrpa, I need.to be a min of 4 lbs but max of 7lbs.

I plan to try 3lbs next week, so Ill have hung at 2lbs for 14.days prior to the 3lbs.

The tightness and how my afb attaches is really the focus now, because based on trial and error, I can tolerate every aspect really well.

I still only hang at 10min intervals because of safety and condituoning. (I dont care about fast gains)

Id not increase my time until 3 months from now. Id say the tissue takes this long to really adapt.

I dont plan to hang heavy and have already committeted to no more than 10lbs regardless.

I have read several medical articles that recently promote rraction for ed and pd. Although I have neither (except occasional overtraining ) somehow traction is beneficial.

Goal 7.5 x 6.5

Start 4/22 6 x 5.25 BG

Current 11/22 6 x 5.5 BG 4-7/8" MG

Sounds like a solid and safe plan - I also will be mindful of not going too heavy too fast. I have a 10 lb kit and also won’t plan to go any heavier than that. I will also plan to start at 2 lbs to learn the techniques and progress from there. I also plan to use an IR heating pad (I have used it a few times already while pumping).

If you’re gonna do vac hanging with heat I’d recommend doing a decon break and then starting up again. After decon use the below calculator to figure out how much weight you need to use. FIRe load calculator

Probably after 4 kg 8 lbs

I contact the seller of my hanger in German

He said between 4 to 7 kg ( 8 to 15 lbs ) start my progress

Can’t wait I’m now 4 lbs
