new to hanging
hi
after a month of tests I think I’ve found my best way to hang weights .
Now I can hang 10 lbs for 15 min without pain or discomfort . Due to my limited privacy, a 15 min. set twice a day is the best I can do .
Could it be a good routine ? Is it ok to oscillate weights while hanging ? I feel more stretch and it’s damn funny !
