newbie tryin to get some routine tips
Hi, I have been doing the newbie routine for 3 weeks now and want to start haning at the end of 2nd month. I have been looking at the BIB hanger and it seems like the right choise. What kind of routines should i start with? Any help would be greatly appreciated. By the way, should i try to contact bib here or just go to his website and order the hanger there? Thanks for the help guys, I’m still very excited about PE.
Starting at 5.5 NBPEL and 6 BPEL. Will measure at the end of first month and see the progress.
