Thinking about getting into hanging...

…someday, so just curious about the following.

The ADS seems like an entry level hanger. Is it worth getting one of those to eek out beginner hanging gains before moving onto weights and stuff?

If you’ve done stretching quite a lot before then I really doubt you’d gain much by just using an ADS. You’d have to wear it for hours and hours everyday to even possibly get some gains. And usually an ADS is just used to keep the already stretched penis in an elongated state, for example after you’ve done your hanging sessions.

OK I should probably look into it more, I know jack about hanging.
