Wrapping drawings

These videos are helpful. I’ve been hanging for about a week now using the Total Man Compression Hanger 2.0, but the tutorial video there is way too long, and the method of wrapping it recommends is *not* working for me (either that or I’m doing it wrong).

The videos here are short and to the point with clear steps. More importantly, the method is different. I’m hoping it works better for me than the one I’ve been trying.

Does anyone have a video that shows BIB’s method of wrapping ? Like others on the thread , I just don’t understand these directions. Although I learn best off of actual visuals rather than illustrations and notation. Anyone have a real video showing this method ?

Did you find any video with wrapping instructions? My bib arrived today and I am completely in doubt about how to do it.

Wrapping for compression hanging takes a while to get used to it. Just take it slow and try not to get frustrated
