You probably have a lot more experience than I do at hanging.
However, if you are using a compression hanger like a Bib, then you might have one of the following problems.
1. The hanger is sliding forward. When it is tight enough the hanger really shouldn’t more at all.
2. If you don’t squeeze the excess blood out of theglans while you are attaching, it can create quite a bit of internal presure. I have read about people actualy getting skin tears right where they urinate. I know it isn’t the same side but just maybe it is a similar situation.
What kind of hanger are you using?
How much weight are you hanging?
Did you have this problem at lighter weights?
