The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

BathMate.

BathMate.

Is that worth anything?

The difference written there between Bathmate and a regular penis pump is that the water is somehow better for the blood flow, the stretch and the overall pressure, which makes kinda sense..

But the question is, does anyone have real experience of Bathmate (at least a couple of months of daily use)?

Hey I’ve add it for about 3 months don’t know if I’ve used it correctly but so far no gains at all just some girth that lasts 1 hour .

90% of your gains are from manual exercises.

Don’t spend money on products and devices. It’s a waste!

I will have to agree with you I’ve used it like it says and I’ve gained nothing I was happy when I got it looks good but it’s PE all the way for me now .

So I guess I could use a regular pump instead, do you have any suggestions about air pumps?

Start reading Vacuum Pumping 101.

I recommend that you get a tube that comes in a size, rather than a "one size fits all" pump. According to Selecting Your Cylinder Size, with a 4.75" girth, you would want a 1.75" diameter cylinder. The standard 9.0" length should be fine for you.

This post - Lampwick - The Best/Most affordable Pumps? - will tell you a little about different suppliers.

Shouldn’t I worry about future gains and buy 2” or something?

Got a citation for that?

Taped onto the dashboard of a car at a junkyard, I once found the following: "Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement." The car was crashed.

Primary goal: To have an EQ above average (i.e. streetsmart, compassionate about life and happy) Secondary goal: to make an anagram of my signature denoting how I feel about my gains

You could worry about future gains and buy a 2.25” or 2.5” cylinder just as well, I guess. Pick a number.

There is a significant difference (+30%) in size between a 1.75” cylinder (which has a cross section of 2.4 inches) and a 2.0” inch cylinder (cross section of 3.14 inches).

The reason to get a cylinder which is not too much larger than your current size is to give you enough room for expansion while not pulling your scrotum and testes into the cylinder in the process. Buying a 2.0 inch cylinder increases the risk of that.
