Pumping, While others say you can? If you pump consistently while also doing manual

Jelq exercises will it give you out of the tube size increase permanently?

I’m kind of confused so is there any evidence From other guys? And has pumping helped

Tiger from tiger pumping has been pumping since 1997 and says if he stops pumping he goes back to original size. But this could be due to the type of pumping he is doing? They seem to pump for fluid build up rather than internal building, which I guess could mean something.

Some do not know and have never tried, and are just repeating what they have heard.
Some have tried and not been successful.
Others say you can because they have heard that you can and are just repeating what they have heard.
Others say you can because they tried and succeeded.

Does it matter why people say what they say, or it is more important what is actually true?

I suspect there is no one answer to that, Ozguy. There must be reasons why some gain quickly and easily, others do not gain as quickly and easily, and still others do not gain at all. And, for that matter, why do some gain length and others gain girth from the same exercise?

It could be differences in technique, it could be differences in physiology, or it could be some of both.

Yes.

When I pumped consistently for several months, I made some girth gains.

I had to stop pumping and go to manual exercises only because of privacy reasons.

Now several month later the girth I gained is still there.

Additionally, I have not gained any girth since I stopped pumping, only length.



I beleive that the pumping protocols that are outlined at thundersplace are conducive to permanent enlargement. Methods outlined at other sites may not be.

To summarize thunder’s pumping enlargment protocols

== warm up penis with rice sock or other warming device. Some advocate warm down afterwards too.
== keep cylinder warm with heating pad or other heating device while pumping
== pump at low pressure, no greater than 5.0HG
== multiple short sets with rest in between rather than long marathon sets.
== adequate rest between your pump days to allow your penis to recover and grow

For example, I was doing 2 or 3 ten minutes sets per session. I came out of the cylinder between sets and massaged my self to erection. I stayed between 2.5 and 3.0HG. Towards the end I was experimenting with going to 4.0HG for the last few minutes of my last set. This was based on a lot of research in the pumpers forum, and then refined with some great advice from vets like Lampwick, gprent, and petitfaun.

Of course their are variations on this in set number and time, as no penis seems to respond exactly the same to any PE method.

If you are just starting to PE — do the NEWBIE ROUTINE first for several months, and no pumping or any other devices. Newbie routine will teach you about your penis. If you do not have this intial knowledge, it is way to easy to hurt you penis with devices.

For me the answer is very simple.
If you are able to expand your tunica you will grow. Otherwise you will not.

One of the “secret” is to do the correct exercises between your pumping sets

Sta-kool, curious about your opinion regarding rest days. I know Avocet reccomended pumping around 6 days a week. Personally I am looking at a 3 - 4 days on, 1 off kind of schedule. Do you feel more rest is needed? I have only been pumping for about 2 weeks but am having some great EQ and flaccid hang, this stuff is great, but I don’t want to overdo it.

Yataghan50 — I think the amount of rest needed really varies depending on the person.

I think I am pretty “PE Sensitive” and need more rest. So personally I can’t do 2 days in a row of any kind of PE. I have done either one on/one off schedules, or one on/two off schedules. If my penis seems to want it, I take extra days off. I do some edging/ballooning on the days off when I can, but never longer than 20 or 30 minutes.

So basically I just tried to listen to my body. If you are having great EQ and flaccid hang, then it sounds like you are doing great.

mark001 — I’m stretching and jelqing. Back to basics! I have done an occasional single 10 minute pump session at low pressure when possible. On a little bit of a decon right now.

I’ve thought about jelqing between sets again. I played around with ballooning the other day, but I realized that my penis already curves upwards towards my body, so that didn’t seem like something I’d get much more from.

The only thing that happens is I get more lymph fluid from jelqing. I like to hold the base with one hand to trap some blood and I just jelq with the other hand.

Lymph fluid doesn’t really matter, although there were talks saying that once you’ve gotten lymph, it’s seeped through the tunica, and there won’t be much more stress on those tissues, since all the fluid has made it to the surface. I still don’t know about that.

It’s either pumping or getting a bib, since I want to do that right and not make a wench again- that didn’t work so well, since I couldn’t find half of the parts. The other thing is, my size is already very large, so I can easily lose interest in pe if gains aren’t consistent.

This is the routine I have done this night.

1. A set of 15 minutes, 5 Hg max.

2. Some jelq only as a massage. Jelq doesn’t work to grow for me.

3. 10 minutes of squeezes.

This is the description of the basic squeezes. It is not for newbies

seems you are on the right road.

I haven’t still understood what ballooning is, but I know edging very well, and I considered it one of the best method to “cement” your gains ( that is to make them permanent).

Pumping is a fantastic exercise for penis health, and combined with the other PE exercise it is surely for growth.
