I have been trying all kinds of variations of pumping. I ended up going back to using a condom.
I have been doing a lot of jelquing with the tube, and despite lubrication, I was rubbing some skin off the head…every stinkin’ time! Got sick of waiting for it to heal. This even happened with water pumping.
So…duh! I put on the condom and it not only solved the problem, but it also prevents skin bruising I get when I go over 5 in hg.
I have been doing the jelquing, in order to cycle the pressure. I cycle up from 3 in hg to 5 in hg, now I can safely go up to 6 without skin bruising, from using the condom.
I haven’t seen much progress of length in the tube for a while. So yesterday I went back to what I originally started when I first started PE a few months ago, and had good success.
I cycle the pressure with the pump, not jelquing, up to 6 in hg for about 20-30 secs, and then drop it back down to about 1 in hg for 20-30 sec. I do that for about 20-30 minutes. I quit doing that months ago, because of the skin bruising I was getting. I have tried all kinds of things, I see that that was the most effective technique I have ever used. Now with the condom, I can do it without beating my penis up too badly.
I will see what happens when I combine IR heat, some stretching and jelquing with the cycling and condom. The only other thing is I think I really have to watch frequency and duration…more is NOT better and I think that I may be limiting my growth by doing too much.
I think a good rule of thumb is nocturnal erections. I see that if I go too long, I get less nocturnal erections, and I think that is indicative of the amount of tissue damage. It may be that I should keep the current duration, but try every other day. That or decrease duration and stay at daily. It may very well be that is what will be best. I’ll let you all know.
